عنوان فارسی نگاهی به روابط دیپلماتیک ایران و بلژیک و مستشاران بلژیکی
چکیده فارسی مقاله بنا بر بسیاری از مأخذ تاریخی، تاریخ اولین تماس‌های دیپلماتیک میان ایران و بلژیک، سال 1841م. بوده است. روابط دو کشور از زمان ورود مستشاران بلژیکی برای اداره گمرکات، پست و مالیه ایران به اوج رسید و مدیریت بلژیکی‌ها بر گمرکات برای ضمانت قرضه‌های ایران، تحول عمده‌ای در روابط ایران و این کشور اروپایی بوجود آورد. در این مقاله، جزئیات روند برقراری روابط میان دو کشور ایران و بلژیک، تأسیس سفارتخانه‌ها و فعالیت بلژیکی‌ها بر اساس اسناد آرشیو وزارت امور خارجه ایران بررسی شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی A Glance over Iran-Belgium Diplomatic Relations: the Case of Belgian Advisors
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله According to many historical sources, the year 1841 marks the beginning of the first diplomatic contacts between Iran and Belgium. The relations between the two countries climaxed as Belgian advisors entered Iran to contribute to the management of the Customs, Post and Iran's Finance. Belgium's control over the Customs as a measure to guarantee Iran's loans was a major breakthrough in Iranian foreign relations with this European country. The article gives a detailed account, based on the documents of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of the early stages of relations between Iran and Belgium including the establishment of embassies and the Belgians' activities in Iran.
