عنوان فارسی بررسی تأثیر آموزش رفتارهای مراقبت از سقوط بر ترس از سقوط سالمندان تحت پوشش مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی: کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده دوسوکور
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: سقوط یک مشکل جدی در جمعیت سالمندان محسوب می­شود که عوارض جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی فراوانی به همراه دارد. ترس از سقوط به عنوان یک وضعیت محدودکننده­ فعالیت فیزیکی است که می­تواند منجر به کاهش کیفیت زندگی سالمندان گردد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش رفتارهای مراقبت از سقوط بر ترس از سقوط سالمندان تحت پوشش مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی انجام گرفته است. روش بررسی: این مطالعه­ یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده­ دوسوکور است که بین 110 سالمند تحت پوشش مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی شهر اردبیل در سال 1396 انجام گرفته است. مشارکت­کنندگان به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی چند مرحله­ای انتخاب و با تخصیص تصادفی­ در گروه­های مداخله و شاهد قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه­ اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی، Mini-Mental State Examination: MMSE ، Abbreviated Mental Test Score: AMTS و Fall efficacy scale international: FES-I بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون­های آماری تحت نرم­افزار SPSS نسخه 22 تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین ­و انحراف­ معیار ترس از سقوط در سالمندان گروه مداخله و شاهد قبل از آموزش به ترتیب 03/12±91/33 و 76/14±22/31 (29/0=p) و 3 ماه پس از آزمون 45/4±32/22 و 03/15±85/30 (001/0p<) بود. همچنین برای کنترل نمرات پیش آزمون و سطح تحصیلات در مقایسه نمرات پس آزمون دو گروه از آنکووا استفاده شد (001/0p<). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد آموزش رفتارهای مراقبت از سقوط، باعث کاهش ترس از سقوط در سالمندان می­گردد، از این رو پیشنهاد می­شود در برنامه خودمراقبتی سالمندان مدنظر قرار گیرد. ثبت کارآزمایی بالینی: IRCT20180205038618N1

عنوان انگلیسی Effect of fall care behaviors training on fear of falling among the elderly people referred to health centers: A double-blind randomized clinical trial
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background & Aim: Falling is a serious problem in the elderly population, with many physical, psychological, social and economic consequences. The fear of falling has been considered an activity limiting condition, which can lead to a reduction in the quality of life of the elderly people. The study aimed to determine effect of fall care behaviors training on fear of falling among the elderly people referred to health centers. Methods & Materials: This double-blind randomized clinical trial was carried out on 110 elderly people referred to health centers in Ardabil in 2017. Participants were selected by the multi-stage random sampling and divided into intervention and control groups by random allocation. The data collection tools were consisted of demographic questionnaire, Mini-Mental State Examination: MMSE, Abbreviated Mental Test Score: AMTS and Fall efficacy scale international: FES-I. Data were analyzed using statistical tests on the SPSS software version 22. Results: The mean and standard deviation of fear of falling in the intervention and control groups before the intervention were 33.91±12.03 and 31.22±14.76, respectively (P=0.29). Three months after the intervention, the mean and standard deviation of fear of falling were 22.32±4.45 and 30.85±15.03 (P< 0.001). Also, ANCOVA was used for controlling pre-test scores and level of education compared to the post-test scores in the two groups (P< 0.001). Conclusion: The results showed that education on fall care behaviors reduces the fear of falling in the elderly people. Therefore, this education is suggested to be considered in the self-care program for elderly people. Clinical trial registry: IRCT20180205038618N1
