عنوان فارسی رضایتمندی جانبازان و خانواده آنان از بیمه تکمیلی در دریافت دارو
چکیده فارسی مقاله رضایت جانبازان و خانواده آنان در ارتباط با خدمات بیمه تکمیلی در دریافت دارو، محل دریافت دارو (فاصله مکانی) و فرایند رضایت از روند دریافت هزینه‌های پرداختی مورد بررسی قرار ‌گرفت.این پژوهش مقطعی، 1016 جانبازان و خانواده تحت پوشش آنان (والدین، همسر و فرزندان) به روش تصادفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند، اطلاعات توسط پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری شد.جانبازان بیش از خانواده تحت پوشش خود از خدمت دارو 661 نفر (65/1%) استفاده کرده بودند. میانگین (انحراف معیار) درصد جانبازی  19/13 درصد با انحراف معیار 14/3 بود. از بین گیرندگان خدمت 747 نفر (73/4 %) داروی خود را از مراکز تحت پوشش بیمه تکمیلی تهیه کرده بودند. 269 نفر هزینه پرداخت کرده بودند و 112 مورد (41/6 %) برای دریافت هزینه خود از بیمه تکمیلی استفاده کردند. میزان رضایتمندی زیاد/بسیار زیاد از خدمت "دریافت دارو" 93/6%، از فاصله مکانی "محل دریافت دارو" 82/5%  و از دریافت هزینه پرداختی خدمت "دارو" 31/5% بود. میزان رضایت از فاصله مکانی محل دریافت دارو در گروه جانباز 25 درصد و بالاتر، کمتر از جانبازان کمتر از 25 درصد جانبازی و خانواده تحت پوشش آنان است.نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد رضایتمندی جانبازان و خانواده آنان از فرایند باز پرداخت هزینه های پرداخت شده کمتر از دریافت دارو و فاصله مکانی محل دریافت دارو است.

عنوان انگلیسی Satisfaction with supplemental health insurance and pharmaceutical care among veterans and their families
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective (s): This study aimed to assess veterans and their families’ satisfaction with received supplementary pharmacy services, pharmacy location (distance) and the process of receiving costs.Methods: This was a cross-sectional study. The study population consisted of veterans and their families, including parents, spouses and their children. Participants were recruited from Veterans and Martyrs Affairs Foundation by random sampling and 1016 veterans and heir families participated in the study.  Three areas of satisfaction with the use of supplemental health insurance including pharmacy, location (distance) and refund services were studied. Likert scale was used in order to rate the satisfaction of the respondents.Results: Veterans have been used pharmaceutical care more than their families 65.1% (n=661). Most of the users were male 69.8% (n=710). The average disability rate was 19.13(SD=14.13). Among the study population (n=747) 73.4 % have received their medications by their supplemental health insurance. Of those who had to pay for their prescription (269 cases), 41.6% (n=112) applied for refund from the supplemental health insurance company. The data analysis indicated that participants were satisfied or very satisfied with pharmacy (93.6%), location/distance (82.5%) and supplemental health insurance refund services (31.5%). Veterans with higher disability rate (higher than 25%) had lower satisfaction (p< 0.001).Conclusion: Overall veteran and their families were satisfied. However, the satisfaction with refund services was low.
