عنوان فارسی بررسی دیدگاه پزشکان در مورد سیستم کامپیوتری ثبت دستورات پزشک (CPOE)
چکیده فارسی مقاله امنیت بیمار یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف سازمان‌های سلامت است. سیستم ثبت کامپیوتری دستورات پزشک به عنوان ابزاری مؤثر برای کاهش خطاهای ثبتی و افزایش ایمنی بیماران معرفی شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان استقبال پزشکان از این سیستم در صورت پیاده سازی انجام شد. این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی است که در سال 1392 بر روی پزشکان سه بیمارستان آموزشی شهر کرمان مشتمل بر 633 نفر انجام شد. داده‌ها توسط پرسشنامه سه بخشی شامل توصیف سیستم، مشخصات دموگرافیکی و سؤالات مربوط به هدف پژوهش گردآوری شدند در این مطالعه 57 درصد پزشکان موافق آسانی استفاده، 45 درصد موافق مفید بودن و 32 درصد موافق تأثیر مثبت سیستم بر جریان کارهایشان بودند. بین آسانی استفاده و مفید بودن سیستم با سن و جنس پزشکان ارتباط معنادار وجود داشت. براساس نتایج مطالعه در صورت پیاده سازی، استقبال نسبتاً خوبی از سیستم CPOE خواهند کرد. در این خصوص افراد جوانتر آمادگی بیشتری برای پذیرش سیستم از خود اظهار کردند. پیشنهاد می شود با رعایت استانداردها در طراحی سیستم و در دسترس قرار دادن شواهد علمی در زمینه اثر بخشی سیستم‌ها نگرش افراد نسبت به سیستم و در نتیجه پذیرش آنرا ارتقا داد.

عنوان انگلیسی A study on physicians’ attitude toward Computerized Physician Order Entry system
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective (s): Computerized physician order entry system has been introduced as an effective tool to reduce errors and to increase patient safety. This study was conducted to investigate the acceptance rate of the system if implemented.Methods: This was a descriptive study. The study was conducted in three teaching hospitals in Kerman, Iran in 2013. All physicians were invited to participated in the study. Data was collected using a questionnaire consisting of three parts: the description of CPOE, respondents’ demographics and questions about the study objectives. Data was described by median and quartiles and was analyzed using nonparametric methods.Results: In all 633 physicians were studied. Fifty-seven percent of physicians agreed with CPOE ease of use, 45% with CPOE usefulness and 32% with its positive effect on clinicians’ workflow. There were significant relationships between system ease of use and usefulness with physician’s age and gender.Conclusion: The results showed that physicians would accept CPOE system to a good extent, if it were implemented. Younger doctors have a greater readiness to accept the system.
