عنوان فارسی بررسی ویژگی های روان سنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس وابستگی مراقبتی در سالمندان
چکیده فارسی مقاله همواره، حفظ استقلال و توجه به نیازهای جسمی، روانی و عاطفی در حیطه مراقبت از سالمندان مورد توجه مراقبان و سیاست‌گذاران بهداشت و درمان بوده است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های روانسنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس وابستگی مراقبتی (CDS- Care Dependency Scale ) در سالمندان مقیم خانه‌های سالمندان انجام شد. این پژوهش یک مطالعه از نوع همبستگی است. این مطالعه بین سال‌های 1390 تا 1391 و بر روی 100 سالمند فارسی زبان 65 سال و بالاتر ساکن در مراکز شبانه روزی شهر اهواز انجام شد. نمونه‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی ساده (در دسترس) انتخاب شدند. در ابتدا نسخه انگلیسی مقیاس به زبان فارسی ترجمه شد. جهت تعیین پایایی مقیاس از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی آزمون- بازآزمون استفاده شد. روایی سازه با تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تأییدی و روایی همزمان با استفاده از نسخه شاه مقیاس بارتل تجدید نظر شده بررسی شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار 16SPSS و 16AMOS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تأییدی نشان داد که مقیاس دارای 13 ماده و دو عامل روانی- اجتماعی (65/73 درصد از واریانس) و جسمانی (8/71 درصد از واریانس) است که 74/45 درصد از واریانس کل را شامل می‌شد. همسانی درونی (آلفای کرونباخ) کل مقیاس 0/95، پایایی آزمون- بازآزمون 0/99 و روایی همزمان مقیاس 0/90 به دست آمدند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌داد که نسخه فارسی مقیاس وابستگی مراقبتی از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برای ارزیابی وابستگی مراقبتی و تعیین نیازهای مراقبتی در بین سالمندان برخوردار است.

عنوان انگلیسی Psychometric properties of the Persian version of Care Dependency Scale in older people nursing home residents
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله objective (s): Maintaining independence and attending to the bio-psychosocial needs of elderly always have been one of the main goals of caregivers and policy-makers. This study was carried out to investigate the psychometric properties of the Persian version of Care Dependency Scale (CDS) in older people nursing home residents.  Methods: This study was carried out during 2011 and 2012 among a sample of 100 older people 65 years and older residing in nursing homes in Ahvaz, Iran. First, the English version of the CDS was translated into Persian language. Then, psychometric properties of the questionnaire were assessed by several tests. To examine reliability, the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and test-retest reliability analyses were performed. Construct validity was determined using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses and concurrent validity was carried out using the Modified Barthel Index.Results: The Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses indicated that CDS has 2 factors including psycho-social (65.73% of the variance) and somatic (8.71% of the variance) factors. Internal consistency as assessed by the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.95, test-retest reliability was 0.99 and it showed excellent correlation with the Modified Barthel Index (r = 0.90).Conclusion: The results study indicated that the Persian version of the CDS is reliable and valid measure for assessment of care dependency and to determine care needs among older persons.
