عنوان فارسی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد جنسی در یائسگی: مروری بر متون پژوهشی
چکیده فارسی مقاله عملکرد جنسی جزء مهمی از زندگی زنان است و تغییر در آن به خصوص در یائسگی، می‌تواند بر سلامت ایشان تأثیرگذار باشد. عملکرد جنسی زنان یائسه می‌تواند تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی قرار گیرد. هدف از این مطالعه مروری، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد جنسی زنان یائسه و شناسایی چالش‌های موجود بود. در مطالعه حاضر از مقالات ایندکس شده در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی اطلاعاتی P‌ubmed ، Science Direct، Iranmedex، Google Scular، EMBASE ، Scopus و SID استفاده شده است. در این بررسی کلیه عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد جنسی زنان یائسه در سه حیطه جسمی،  روانی ـ عاطفی و اجتماعی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته‌اند. مجموعه مقالات بررسی شده شامل 46 مقاله در رابطه با یائسگی و عملکرد جنسی بوده که دربرگیرنده تحقیقات مربوط به 10 سال اخیر (از سال 2003 تاکنون ) بوده است. نتایج مطالعه نشان می‌داد که در حیطه جسمی، سن، کمبود استروژن‌ها، نوع یائسگی (طبیعی و جراحی)، مشکلات طبی مزمن، هیسترکتومی، مشکلات جنسی شریک جنسی، شدت نشانه‌های یائسگی (به جز گرگرفتگی)، سابقه زایمان سخت و وضعیت بهداشتی از عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد جنسی شناخته شده‌اند. برخی نتایج متناقض در خصوص تأثیر میزان آندروژنها، درمان هورمونی، ورزش و فعالیت بدنی، شاخص توده بدنی و تاریخچه مامایی بر عملکرد جنسی زنان یائسه حاصل شد. در حیطه روان عاطفی، تمامی مطالعات تأثیر افسردگی و اضطراب را بر میزان عملکرد جنسی تأیید نموده‌اند. در حیطه اجتماعی، عواملی شامل مصرف سیگار، کیفیت روابط با همسر، وفاداری شریک جنسی، آگاهی جنسی، دسترسی به مراقبت-های بهداشتی، سابقه طلاق یا مرگ همسر قبلی، زندگی جدا از همسر، و درک منفی از وضعیت سلامت زنان از عوامل مؤثر شناخته بودند. در مورد تأثیر تحصیلات، شغل، وضعیت اجتماعی و اقتصادی، مصرف الکل، مدت زمان زناشویی و تعداد مقاربت نتایج متناقضی حاصل شده. عوامل متعددی بر عملکرد جنسی زنان یائسه مؤثرند که در برخی موارد بررسی بیشتری مورد نیاز است.

عنوان انگلیسی Factors affecting sexual function during menopause: a review of the literature
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective (s): Sexual functioning is an important component of women's lives. Several factors can affect sexual function in menopausal women. The objective of this study was to review factors affecting sexual function in menopausal women and to identify challenges they face.Methods: This was a systematic review of the literature (from 2003 to 2013) indexed in Pubmed, Science Direct, Iranmedex, Google Scular, EMBASE, Scopus and the SID databases.Results: In all 46 articles related to menopause and sexual function were studied. The results indicated that age, estrogen deficiency, kind of menopause (natural or surgical), chronic medical problems, hysterectomy, sexual partner’s sex problems, the severity of menopause symptoms (except hot flashes), dystocia history, and health status were among the physical factors affecting sexual function. There were conflicting results regarding the amount of androgens, hormonal therapy, exercise/physical activity, body mass index and obstetric history. In the mental-emotional area, all studies confirmed the impact of depression and anxiety. Social factors, including smoking, the quality of relationship with husband, sexual partner’s loyalty, sexual knowledge, access to health care, a history of divorce or the death of a husband, living apart from a spouse, and a negative understanding of women’s health were found to affect sexual function. However, there were conflicting results regarding the effects of education, occupation, socioeconomic status, alcohol drinking, marital duration, and frequency of sexual intercourse.Conclusion: Several factors affect sexual function in menopausal women. Early recognition of these factors (physical, mental-emotional, and social) factors might help to improve women’s health.
