عنوان فارسی بررسی تطبیقی سندروم روده تحریک پذیر در مکتب طب سنتی ایران وچین
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: سندروم روده تحریک پذیر از شایع ترین و پرهزینه‌ترین بیماری‌های گوارشی است، که به شکل قابل‌توجهی بر کیفیت زندگی افراد تأثیر می‌گذارد. در طب نوین علت دقیق آن نامعلوم است، ولی معیارهای مشخص برای تشخیص و درمان آن ارائه شده‌است. درمان های رایج علامتی و تسکینی بوده و شواهد متعدد گرایش بیماران به استفاده از طب مکمل و جایگزین را نشان می‌دهد. در طب سنتی ایران ییماری‌های متعددی با سبب‌شناسی معین و در طب چینی الگوهای تشخیصی متنوع متناظر با این سندروم وجود دارد، که متناسب با آ ن طرح درمانی ارائه می‌شود. هدف از این مقاله بازخوانی متون طبی و بررسی امکان تطبیق و تنا ظریابی سبب‌شناسی، علائم و تدابیر درمانی با موارد متناظر خود در طب نوین و ارایه رویکرد تلفیقی و انجام کارتحقیقاتی مشترک در جهت روشن‌شدن بخشی از مکانیسم ایجاد بیماری و درمان اثربخش است. مواد و روش‌ها: این مقاله یک مطالعه مروری است که درآن جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق جستجو در پایگاه‌های علمی معتبر، ونوشتارهای مرتبط بدون محدودیت زمانی و با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی صورت گرفته است. سپس به تحلیل،مقایسه، و تطبیق داده‌ها پرداخته شده و نهایتاً مطالب جمع‌بندی و نتیجه‌گیری شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: توانائی علمی دوم کتب طبی ایران و چین در مدیریت سندرومروده تحریک‌پذیر همراه بااستفاده ازظرفیت‌های تشخیصی ‌درمانی طب کلاسیک می‌تواند الگوی‌جدیدی را برای مواجهه با آن طراحی کند. رویکرد تلفیقی در انجام تحقیقات بالینی برای بهبود اثربخشی و ایمنی درمان‌های سندرومروده تحریک‌پذیر پیشنهاد می‌گردد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Purpose: In researches done in Iran on IDS, it was recognized as one of the most widespread and costliest digestive diseases has remarkably influenced the quality of life on different people. In modern medicine its exact cause is not known but distinct criteria for recognition and treatment are presented. Prevalent treatments are palliative and several instances show a rise in tendency towards complementary and alternative medicine. In Iranian traditional medicine, numerous diseases with certain etiologies and in Chinese medicine numerous diagnostic patterns corresponding to this syndrome exist and treatment plans are presented adequately. The objective of this article is to study medical texts again and to check the possibility of adaptation and finding the etiological equivalents, therapy symptoms and its corresponding measures in modern medicine and presenting a consolidated approach and executing joint research in order to clarify a part of the mechanism which causes the disease and its effective cure. Material and Methods: This article is a review study in which information collection took place through searching the internet, articles and related books without any time limits and by using keywords. Then it compares, analyzes and adapts the contents of the article and finally it gathers the information and makes a conclusion. Conclusions: The scientific capability of the Chinese and Iranian with all their cultural and scientific aspects in common, along with the medical and diagnostic capacities of the modern medicine in IDS can design a new pattern for diagnosis and cure. The consolidated approach and joint research is suggested for clarifying some hidden aspects of this syndrome and its cure.
