عنوان فارسی نقش کیفیت خدمات درمانی و مراقبتی در تسهیل تصمیم‌گیری و رضایت به اهدای عضو در خانواده بیماران مرگ مغزی: یک مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: مراقبت از خانواده طی فرایند درخواست اهدای عضو بر روند تصمیم‌گیری خانواده، الزامی و بر عهده پرستاران می‌باشد. هدف: تبیین نقش و ابعاد کیفیت خدمات درمانی، مراقبتی در تسهیل تصمیم‌گیری و رضایت به اهدای عضو در خانواده متوفیان مرگ مغزی. روش: با توجه به هدف مطالعه، از رویکردهای کیفی با روش آنالیز محتوی استفاده شد. مشارکت کنندگان تحقیق شامل 26 خانواده متوفیان مرگ مغزی «رضایت داده» و نیز «رضایت نداده» به اهدای عضو بود. نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند بود و در ادامه، به صورت تئوریک در مرکز پیوند اعضای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در سال 1390 انجام ‌شد. بر این اساس، 38 مصاحبه بدون ساختار انجام شد و سپس داده‌ها با روش آنالیز محتوی از نوع قراردادی تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به ظهور 610 کد اولیه و 13 طبقه و 4 مضمون گردید؛ که شامل مشاهده کفایت مراقبت و درمان از مصدوم، حمایت عاطفی، ارتباط همدلانه و مؤثر و اطمینان بخشی بود. از این 4 مضمون، مضمون مرکزی «جوّ انگیزشی تصمیم‌ساز» به عنوان درون‌مایه اصلی مطالعه استخراج شد. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد تیم مراقبتی و درمانی می‌توانند نقش به‌سزایی در تصمیم‌گیری خانواده متوفیان مرگ مغزی و هدایت آن به سمت رضایت یا عدم رضایت به اهدا ایفا نمایند. پیشنهاد می‌شود تیم تخصصی در هر بخش ویژه متشکل از پزشکان و پرستاران تشکیل شود و با تمرکز بر مراقبت از خانواده در این موقعیت پیچیده، آموزش‌های تخصصی (مهارت‌های ارتباطی، حمایت و مشاوره سوگ) به آن‌ها ارایه شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Role of quality of care and treatment in faciliting decision making and consent to organ donation in brain dead family: a qualitative study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Caring for family is essential for organ donation request and decision making process and nurses are responsible for family caring. Aim: the present study have performed to explore the role of quality of care and treatment in facilitating decision making and consent to organ donation in family of the brain death patient. Methods: A qualitative research approach with its focus on the content analysis was exploited. Participants were 26 brain-dead families who consented or refused from organ donation. Sampling method has started as purposive and continued as theoretical in transplantation center in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 2012. Accordingly, 38 unstructured interviews were conducted and data were analyzed using conventional content analysis. Data collection process included 38 unstructured in- depth interviews request. Results: The analysis of the data leads to extraction of 610 initial codes and 13 categories and 4 themes including viewing the sufficiency of the care and treatment of the injured patients, empathic and effective communication, emotional support and giving assurance. From the abovementioned themes, “Motivational atmosphere of the decision-making” was extracted as the central theme. Conclusion: This study showed that health care and the team can play a significant role in brain dead family decision making and guiding it towards the consent or refuse to donate the organ. It is recommended that a specialized team consisting of doctors and nurses is formed this specialized training give them rely on caring of family in this complication situation (Communicational skills, support and mourning consulting).
