عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان توانمندی حرفه ای و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان دندان پزشکی با روش خود ارزیابی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه:مطالعه ی حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان توانمندی حرفه ای و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان سال آخر دانشکده های دندان پزشکی تیپ 1، 2 و 3 کشور به روش خودارزیابی انجام شده است.. مواد و روش ها:در این مطالعه مقطعی، تعداد 131 نفر از دانشجویان سال آخر دندان پزشکی سه تیپ دانشگاه علوم پزشکی در سال 1396 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورد بررسی، چک لیست 135 آیتمی، شامل سه بخش اطلاعات فردی-اجتماعی، توانمندی حرفه ای دانشجویان بر اساس آخرین برنامه آموزشی دوره دندانپزشکی عمومی در بخش های بالینی و تعیین عوامل موثر بر توانمندی حرفه ای دانشجویان بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی، ضریب اسپیرمن، کای اسکور، من ویتنی و تی تست مستقل در سطح معنی داری 05/0 استفاده گردید. یافته ها:در مقایسه بخش های مشابه در دانشکده های تیپ های 1، 2 و 3 تفاوت ها در بخش های پروتز، اندو و ارتودنسی از نظر آماری معنی دار بود(05/0P<) در کل مهارت دانشجویان بخش سلامت دهان، بیشترین وارتودنسی کمترین میزان بود. سن و میزان معدل تاثیری در مهارت دانشجویان نداشت. با توجه به ضرایب رگرسیونی در سه بخش پریودنتولوژی، اندودانتیکس و بیماری های دهان و فک و صورت، بین محل دانشکده و توانمندی دانشجویان ارتباط معنی دار بود. (05/0P<) نتیجه گیری:با توجه به میانگین امتیاز ها که نزدیک به متوسط بود، بازنگری در شیوه های آموزشی مطابق با کوریکولوم آموزشی در بخش های بالینی ضروری به نظر می رسد.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of Clinical Competency and the Influential Factors in Dentistry Students Using the Self-assessment Method
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background & Objective: The present study aimed to determine the level of clinical competency and the influential factors in senior dentistry students at dental schools type one, two, and three using the self-assessment method. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 131 senior dentistry students at dental schools type one, two, and three in 2017. Data were collected using a checklist consisting of 135 items and two sections, including demographic characteristics and clinical competency in dentistry based on the dental curriculum of the past year and the influential factors in clinical competency. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and analytical tests, including Spearman's correlation-coefficient, Chi-square, Mann–Whitney U test, and independent t-test at the significance level of PResults: Comparison of the similar departments in the selected dental schools indicated statistically significant differences in the prosthetic, endodontic, and orthodontic departments (P< 0.05). In general, community oral health department students were the most competent, while the students in the orthodontic department were the least competent. However, age and average university scores had no effects on the competency skills of the students. According to regression analysis, the differences between the dental schools and competency of the students in the periodontology, endodontic, and oral medicine departments were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Considering that the average scores of the dentistry students were close to medium, it is strongly recommended that the educational method and curriculum of dentistry be reviewed and revised in the clinical section.
