عنوان فارسی کسب وکار و/ یا لذت: (نا) برابری جنسیتی درگردشگری روستایی در منطقه Vojvodina
چکیده فارسی مقاله فاصله (شکاف) جنسیتی باعث محدودیت در استعداد کار آفرینی زنان می شود و از برخورداری آنان از منافع فعالیت های توسعه جلوگیری میکند. در این پژوهش فرض ما این بود که در شغل گردشگری روستایی اختلاف های جنسیتی وجود دارد. برای آزمون این فرضیه، درسال 2014 ما 57 مالک و کارمند کسب وکار گردشگری روستایی را در 7 ناحیه Vojvodina بررسی کردیم. به این منظور، برای بررسی ویژگی های مدیران وکارمندان شاغل در گردشگری روستایی و نیز دریافت نگرش آنها از استعداد ها و موانع توسعه گردشگری روستایی، پرسشنامه ای حاوی سوالات باز و بسته مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش از وجود اختلاف های جنسیتی در زمینه ویژگی های کارمندان، انگیزه ها، مسایل و دانش شغلی، و ابتکارها حکایت میکرد. همچنین، نتایج اشاره داشت که در پژوهشهای رابطه جنسیت-گردشگری استفاده تکمیلی ازروش های کمّی و کیفی ضرورت دارد..

عنوان انگلیسی Business and/or Pleasure - Gender (In)Equalities in Rural Tourism in Vojvodina
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Gender gaps limit rural women's entrepreneurial potentials, preventing them to benefit from development activities. In this study, we assumed that there were gendered differences in rural tourism business. To examine this issue, we studied owners and employees in 57 rural tourism enterprises during the 2014 in seven districts of Vojvodina. The questionnaire with open and closed questions was used to examine main characteristics of managers and employees in rural tourism but also their perception of potentials and obstacles in rural tourism development. Results have shown gender differences in rural tourism regarding staff characteristics, motivation, business problems and knowledge, and innovation. Also, results have indicated the necessity of complementary use of qualitative and quantitative methodology in researching gender-tourism relations.
