عنوان فارسی اصطلاح دیوانی «پروانه» در متون ادبی و تاریخی فارسی تا قرن هشتم
چکیده فارسی مقاله نظام حکومتی و تشکیلات اداری ایران در طیّ تاریخ تغییر کرده است. بعضی از مشاغل و مناصب و همچنین اصطلاحات دیوانی در دوره‌هایی متداول بوده و به‌تدریج ازمیان­رفته است. چه­بسا تعدادی از این واژه‌ها، تحول معنایی یافته‌اند و امروز تعریف و کاربرد دقیقِ بعضی از آنها برای ما ناشناخته است. گاه این واژه‌ها در متون ادبی و تاریخی فارسی آمده و نویسندگان و شاعران با آ‌نها تعابیر و ترکیبات خیال‌انگیز ساخته‌اند. تحقیق دربارۀ معنی اصلی چنین واژه‌هایی در متن‌های کهن و توجه به معانی‌ای که نویسندگان و شاعران از آنها اراده کرده‌اند، کمک می‌کند تا شناخت درست‌تر و دقیق‌تری از تشکیلات اداری گذشته پیدا کنیم. «پروانه» یکی از این واژه‌ها است که اصطلاحی دیوانی بوده و در فارسی و عربی به­کاررفته و تحول معنایی یافته است. در مقالۀ حاضر، کاربرد اصطلاحیِ این واژه و تعابیر و ترکیبات وابسته به آن، در تعدادی از مهم‎ترین متون ادبی و تاریخیِ فارسی، تا قرن هشتم هجری قمری، بررسی شده و نگارنده از این طریق کوشیده است به معانی و جایگاه آن در دستگاه‌های حکومتی گذشته دست یابد. باتوجه‌به نتایج مقاله، این معانی عبارت‌اند از: حکم، اجازه، برات یا سند، مُهر، پیک، خادم و حاجب.

عنوان انگلیسی “Parvāneh” as a Governmental Term in Persian Literary and Historical Texts (Up to the End of the Eighth Century AH)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله IRAN's governmental and administration system has changed throughout the history. Some of the jobs and government positions have been disappeared in this procedure, as well as some administrative terminology used in certain periods that are no longer common. Perhaps even, some of these terms have transformed semantically, and today their exact definition and application is unclear to us. Using these terms in their literary and historical texts, the Iranian authors (writers or poets) have occasionally created fantastic interpretations and combinations. Searching for the main meanings of such words/terms used in ancient texts and paying attention to the meanings the writers or the poets intended to transfer can provide a more accurate understanding of the past administrative organization. "Parvāneh" is one of the above mentioned governmental terms had been used in both ancient Persian and Arabic texts and has been semantically transformed. The use of this term, its related interpretation and idiomatic combinations have been studied, in present research, focusing on some outstanding literary and historical texts created up to 8th century AH, and it has been tried to find its accurate meaning and position in the past government agencies. On the basis of the results the meanings are: commandment, permission, bill or document, seal, courier, servant and chamberlain.
