عنوان فارسی به کارگیری سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی وسامانه تصمیم گیری چند معیاره در انتخاب محل دفن پسماند (مطالعه موردی: شهر ساری)
چکیده فارسی مقاله آلودگی می‌تواند به شکل مواد شیمیایی باشد یا در شکل انرژی برای نمونه، صدا، گرما یا نور محیط را آلوده کند. مواد آلوده‌کننده‌ای که در پی رویدادهای طبیعی پدید می‌آیند زمانی به عنوان آلاینده شناخته می‌شوند که میزان آن‌ها از حدّ طبیعی بگذرد. جنگل های اُرس در منطقه چهاردانگه ساری در جوار کمربند پارک ملی کیاسر، جنگل با پوشش گیاهی غنی و زیبا با چشم اندازی بی نظیر و با شکوه از اُرس هایی که همانند زمرد بر دامنه ها و یالها می درخشند، هم اکنون اما درکمال تأسف محل دفن زباله های شهرستان ساری شده است. در همین حال به دلیل وجود معیارها و عوامل گوناگون، وابسته در این مساله و احتیاج به تحقیق و مطالعه همزمان معیارهای ارزیابی شده در قالب نقشه تغییرات پی در پی آن ها ابزار اثربخش بودن را برای مدیریت و بکارگیری داده های مکانی مختلف بدست می دهد، که با صرف زمان و هزینه ای به مراتب کمتر و همچنین با روشی دقیق تر می توان از عهده آن برآمد. مدیریت عملیات یک محل دفن بهداشتی شامل مکان یابی مناسب محل دفن، آماده سازی محل دفن و عملیات اجرایی و مهندسی در محل دفن می باشد. اولین گام در طراحی محل دفن، انتخاب محل مناسب است. معیار های تاثیرگذار در مکان یابی محل دفن زباله های شهرستان ساری که شامل شهرهای ساری، پائین هولار، فریم و کیاسر می شود با بررسی پژوهش های مرتبط صورت گرفته از گذشته تا کنون و مطابق با دیدگاه صاحبنظران تعیین گردید. پس از آن وزن دهی به این لایه ها با مدل تصمیم گیری چند معیاره انجام شد و دلیل آن انتخاب از میان چندین گزینه بوده است. پس از وزن دهی به معیارها در محیط GIS، مناطق مناسب معرفی شدند.
