عنوان فارسی بررسی تاثیر معدل دیپلم برروند تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل ۹۰-۱۳۸۵
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: آموزش پزشکی به عنوان یک سیستم آموزشی پویا می­تواند تحت تاثیر آموخته­های دانش­آموزان پیش از ورود به دانشگاه قرار گیرد. ارزیابی آموزشی به عنوان ابزاری برای بررسی کیفیت سیستم­های آموزشی استفاده می­شود. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثر معدل دیپلم بر روند تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل بود. روش­ها: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه­ای توصیفی - تحلیلی است که بر روی 6 دوره تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل طی سال­های 90-1385 انجام گردید. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه­ای در مورد مشخصات دموگرافیک، معدل دیپلم، و معدل دروس تخصصی، معدل دروس علوم پایه، نمره آزمون جامع علوم پایه هر یک از دانشجویان اخذ و با استفاده از تست­های آماری t-test با استفاده از نرم­افزار آماری SPSS مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت. یافته­ها: از 387 دانشجوی پزشکی واجد شرایط 229نفر (17/59 درصد) دختر و 262 نفر (8/68 درصد) بومی بودند. بررسی­ها نشان داد میانگین معدل دیپلم با میانگین نمرات12درس اختصاصی رابطه معنی­داری داشته است (001/0 p=). همچنین با وجود همخوانی بین معدل دیپلم با معدل علوم پایه و امتحان جامع، ارتباط معنی­داری بین معدل­ها مشاهده نشد. اما بین معدل علوم پایه و امتحان جامع ارتباط معنی­داری وجود داشت (05/0 p≤). نتیجه­گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که وضعیت تحصیلی دانشجو در طی دوره دبیرستان نقش مهمی در روند تحصیلی­شان دارد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می­گردد معدل دیپلم به عنوان یک فاکتور تاثیرگذار در انتخاب دانشجویان پزشکی در نظر گرفته شود.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effect of Diploma Grade Point Average on Educational Evaluation Status of Medical Students in Babol University of Medical Sciences during 2006-2011
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Medical education as a dynamic system can be affected by learning experiences related to before entrance exam. Evaluation of education is used for studying the quality of educational system. The purpose of this article is to explain the role of diploma grade point average in the educational process of medical students in Babol University of medical sciences. Methods: This cross-sectional study conducted on the six-year period educational process of medical students in Babol University of medical sciences during 1985-1990. Data were collected using a questionnaire in demographic characteristics, diploma grade point average, twelve medical science course average score, basic medical science course average score, and the comprehensive basic medical science examination score. Data were analyzed by statistical T-Test and SPSS software. Results :From 387 medical students, 229(59.17%) were girls and 262(68.8%) were local. The study revealed that there was significant relationship between diploma grade point average and twelve medical science course average score (p= 0.001). Nevertheless, the consistency between fluctuation of diploma grade point average with basic medical science course average score, and also with the comprehensive basic medical science examination score, any significant relationship wasn't observed (p≥ 0.05). The relationship between basic medical science course average score and the comprehensive basic medical science examination score was significant (p≤ 0.05). Discussion: The results indicated that high school status has an important role on medical students education. It is better to consider diploma grade point average as the criteria in entrance examination.
