عنوان فارسی ارزیابی پزشکان عمومی از برنامه‌های آموزش مداوم دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت برنامه­های آموزش مداوم برای پزشکان و این­که برگزاری برنامه­های بازآموزی برای پزشکان و بروزرسانی اطلاعات پزشکی آنان یکی از مهم­ترین وظایف دفتر آموزش مداوم دانشگاه است، مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی برنامه­های آموزش مداوم برگزار شده توسط دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان درسال 1390 ازدیدگاه پزشکان عمومی، به منظور رفع نقایص و تقویت نقاط قوت آن­ها انجام گرفت. روش­ها: این پژوهش توصیفی- مقطعی با همکاری پزشکان عمومی شرکت کننده درپنج برنامه مدون که در نیمه دوم سال 1390 توسط آموزش مداوم دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان، برگزار گردید، انجام شد. نمونه­گیری به روش سرشماری و ابزار انجام پژوهش پرسشنامه مورد استفاده اداره کل آموزش مداوم بود. پرسشنامه از دو بخش مشخصات دموگرافیک و زمینه ای و 10 سوال در مورد برنامه­های اجراشده که بر اساس مقیاس پنج درجه­ای لیکرت تنظیم شده بود. پرسشنامه­ها بین تمامی پزشکان شرکت­کننده در برنامه­ها توزیع شد، 333 پرسشنامه تکمیل شد. نتایج حاصل با استفاده از نرم­افزار آماری SPSS بر مبنای آمار توصیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت. یافته­ها: میانگین سنی شرکت­کنندگان در پژوهش 2/6± 40 و میانگین سابقه طبابت آنان 9/5±13 بود. میزان پاسخگویی به پرسشنامه­ها نیز83 درصد اعلام شد. در این مطالعه 7/62 درصد از شرکت­کنندگان، متناسب بودن محتوای برنامه­ها با نیازهای شغلی­شان را زیاد و خیلی زیاد ارزیابی کردند. 3/91 درصد از شرکت­کنندگان موفقیت برنامه از نظر ارائه مطالب جدید علمی را متوسط و به بالا عنوان کردند درحالی که 3/62 درصد آن­ها مشارکت فعال در بحث­ها (پرسش و پاسخ - بحث و برگزاری پانل) را متوسط به پایین بیان کردند. نتیجه­گیری: بیشتر شرکت­کنندگان در برنامه­های آموزش مداوم، از محتوای برنامه­ها از نظر مطالب جدید علمی و متناسب بودن آن­ها با نیازهای شغلی­شان، رضایت داشتند. پیشنهاد می­شود جهت هرچه موثرتر واقع شدن برنامه­های آموزشی در انتخاب شیوه­های آموزشی اصول یادگیری بزرگسالان (آندراگوژی) در نظر گرفته شود.

عنوان انگلیسی General practitioners Assessment of Continuing Education Programs in Golestan University of Medical Sciences
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Considering the importance of continuing education programs for physician, so the most important duty of planners and office managers is holding and updating medical information, in this regards, this study aimed to assess continuing education programs from view points of general practitioners to modify the weaknesses and enhance the strengths of these programs in Golestan university of medical sciences. Methods: This cross-sectional study has been done on general practitioners participating in the 5 Continuing medical education programs holding in second half of 2012 in Golestan university of medical scienses. sampling method was census and Instruments for doing this research was a questionnaire used by the office of continuing medical education in university. The questionnaire was composed of two parts: The first section consists of 10 questions on demographic characteristics, underlying the second part of the program implemented based on the Likert scale. questionnaires were distributed among all physicians participating in these programs and 333 questionnaires (an average of 60 questions per program) were completed. The results using of SPSS software based on descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) were analyzed. Results: The average age of participants in this study was 40 ± 6.2 years, and their history of medical practices were 13±5.9.the rate of responding to the questionnaire was 83%. In this study, 62.7 % of the participants believed that corresponding of the content of programs to their business needs was high and very high . 91.3% of physicians declare the rate of success of programs in presenting new scientific material were moderate and more, while 62.3 consider active participation in discussion (questions and answering,discussion and implementation panel) was moderate to low. Conclusions: More participants in CME programs declare their satisfaction of the contents of the programs regarding new scientific materials and corresponding with their job needs , it is suggested adult learning methods must be considered so that CME programs become more effective.
