عنوان فارسی جایگاه ایمنی بیمار در آموزش علوم پزشکی: ادراک، دانش و نگرش دانشجویان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: با توجه به جایگاه ایمنی در مراقبت­های بهداشتی درمانی، آموزش ایمنی بیمار برای پرسنل بهداشتی درمانی نقش اساسی در بهبود ایمنی بیمار دارد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ادراک و برداشت کارورزان از ایمنی بیمار، میزان دانش و نگرش آنان به یادگیری در این زمینه بود. روش­ ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی در سال1390در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری134 نفر شامل انترن­ها و کارورزان پرستاری و مامایی بودند. که به­صورت سرشماری انتحاب شدند و ابزار جمع آوری داده­ها پرسشنامه بود. تحلیل نتایج با نرم افزار SPSS و با آزمون­های آماری مجذور کای، ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، آزمون F و LSD صورت گرفت. یافته ­ها: 121 نفر پرسشنامه را تکمیل نمودند که 62 نفر از کارورزان پزشکی، 34 نفر پرستاری و 23 نفر مامایی بودند. در مورد دانش ایمنی بیمار حدود 50 درصد پاسخگویان، خود را خوب ارزیابی کردند. علاقه به آموزش ایمنی بیمار با اقبال پاسخگویان همراه بود. براساس آزمون مجذور کای تمایل پاسخگویان به آموزش ایمنی بیمار برحسب سال (003/0 =P)، جنس ( 001/0 (P= و رشته (017/0 =P) معنی دار بود. آنالیز واریانس و LSD نشان داد تفاوت میانگین نمرات برداشت از ایمنی بیمار و تفاوت میانگین نمرات نگرش به آموزش ایمنی بیمار درکارورزان پزشکی با کارورزان پرستاری و مامایی معنی دار بود. نتیجه­ گیری : این بررسی نشان داد ایمنی بیمار در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه نیازمند توجه بیشتری است که با گنجاندن آن در برنامه درسی رسمی و مدون، هم اهمیت آن برای دانشجویان روشن می­شود و هم با آموزش آن، در محیط های پیچیده ای مثل بیمارستان امکان کاهش انواع خطاها میسر می گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Patient Safety Status in Medical Education: Students Perception, Knowledg and Attitude
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Safety in the health care industry has particular importance and Patient safety education for health care workers is critical, resulting in patient safety improvement. The present study was designed to assess internship students perceptions of patient safety, knowledge and their attitudes to patient safety education . Methods: This cross-sectional and discriptive- analytical study was conducted in 2011atUrmiaUniversityof Medical Sciences . The statistical population were 134people, including medical, Nursing and Midwifery students which were selected as census . The data collection instrument was a questionnaire. Results were analyzed SPSS statistical software (version 16.0), which employed the chi-square , Spearman correlation coefficient, f and LSD tests. Results: Totally , 121 students completed the questionnaire that included 62 medical and 34nursing students. Almost 50% of the students well- evaluated their knowledge about patient safety . Attitude to patient safety education were accepted with the majority of students. Based on chi-square test respondents' attitudes to patient safety education with year(P = 0.003) , sex (P= 0.001) and course (P = 0.017) were significant . F and LSD tests indicated that mean scores difference of perceptions of patient safety and mean scores difference of attitude to patient safety education in medical students was significant with nursing and midwifery students. Conclusions : the results indicated patient Safety need more attention at UrmiaUniversity of Medical Sciences which its inclusion in the formal educational curriculum, both its importance is determined for students and with training patient safety, reducing all types of errors in complex environments such as hospital can be achieved .
