عنوان فارسی مشکلات آموزشی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی مشهد؛ مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله اهداف: ارزیابی مستمر خدمات آموزشی برای حفظ و ارتقای کیفیت آموزش ضروری است. دانشجویان اصلی‌ترین منبع برای بررسی نقاط قوت و ضعف آموزش هستند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی مشکلات آموزشی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده دندان‌پزشکی مشهد انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه کیفی در سال 1391، 25 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده دندان‌پزشکی مشهد در سه دوره آموزشی شامل علوم پایه، فیزیوپاتولوژی و کارآموزی شرکت داشتند و نظرات آنان طی بحث گروهی، پیرامون هدف اصلی، ضبط و پیاده شد. برای شناسایی ذهنیت‌های مختلف نسبت به وضعیت آموزش از روش‌شناسی کیو استفاده شد. سپس اطلاعات در قالب عبارات و به‌عنوان "نمونه مرتب‌سازی کیو" در اختیار دانشجویان قرار گرفت و نتایج با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی مختص به مطالعات کیو آنالیز شد. یافته‌ها: در مرحله اول آنالیز کیو، افراد براساس ذهنیت‌های خود درباره مشکلات آموزشی، طبقه‌بندی شدند. اما به‌دلیل همبستگی جزیی میان عبارت‌ها، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی در شناسایی این ذهنیت‌ها کمک زیادی ننمود. لذا عبارت‌ها با استفاده از شیوه پدیدارشناسی حیطه‌بندی شد و در چهار حیطه شامل؛ حرفه‌ای‌گری، امکانات و تجهیزات آموزشی، مدیریت آموزشی و ارزش‌یابی قرار گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری: مهم‌ترین مشکلات آموزشی دانشکده دندان‌پزشکی مشهد از دیدگاه دانشجویان، نبود آموزش کافی در مبحث اخلاق حرفه‌ای، عدم تناسب تعداد دانشجویان و امکانات آموزشی در فانتوم و بخش، وضع نامناسب کتابخانه علمی، عدم استفاده از تکنیک‌های مشارکت دانشجویان، عدم کفایت برخی از واحدهای بالینی و نمره‌دهی سلیقه‌ای و بدون معیار است.

عنوان انگلیسی Students’ Viewpoints of Mashhad Dental School about Educational Problems a Qualitative Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aims: Continuous evaluation of educational services is important to maintain and promote the quality of education. Students are the main sources of analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of education. This study was done to investigate the educational problems of Mashhad dental school from the students’ viewpoint. Participants & Methods: In this qualitative study from April 2012 to June 2012, 25 dental students of Mashhad Dental School in 3 basic sciences, physiopathology and externs stages were participated and were attended in group discussions and their comments on the main goal of the study were recorded. Then the data was given to the students in terms of “a Q sort sample” and results were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis specific to Q analysis. Findings: In the first stage of Q analysis the students were classified based on their mindset about educational problems. However, due to the low correlation between the phrases, exploratory factor analysis did not help much to identify the mentalities. Thus, the phrases were classified in four areas by phenomenological method professionalism, training facilities, training management and evaluation. Conclusion: The most important educational problems of Mashhad dental school from the students’ viewpoint were: lack of sufficient education in professional ethics, the disproportion between the number of student and educational facilities in clinic and preclinic, inappropriate condition of scientific library, not using new techniques for students participation, insufficiency of some clinical courses and criterionless scoring.
