عنوان فارسی تاثیر آموزش احیای قلبی- ریوی مبتنی بر مدل تثبیت موقعیت بر افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس پرستاران بخش مراقبت ویژه
چکیده فارسی مقاله اهداف: پرستاران از جمله گروه‌های ارایه‌دهنده مراقبت هستند که در معرض استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی قرار می‌گیرند و استرس، افسردگی و اضطراب از مشکلات رایج آنهاست . هدف این مطالعه، بررسی تاثیر آموزش احیای قلبی- ریوی بر میزان افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس پرستاران بخش‌های ویژه، مبتنی بر مدل تثبیت موقعیت بود. روش‌ها: این مطالعه به‌روش نیمه‌تجربی در سال 1391 انجام شد. جامعه آماری، همه پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های ویژه بیمارستان منتخب شهر تهران بودند که از بین آنها تعداد 30 پرستار به‌شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی و بر اساس فرمول آلتمن انتخاب شدند . ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و فرم کوتاه پرسش‌نامه افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس بود . به این منظور، قبل و بعد از آموزش احیای قلبی- ریوی مبتنی بر مدل تثبیت موقعیت، میانگین نمرات افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس پرستاران مقایسه شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS 15 و آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت . یافته‌ها: میانگین نمرات افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس پرستاران، قبل و بعد از آموزش دارای تفاوت معنی‌دار بود (0001/0>p). بین وجود افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس در افراد با ویژگی‌های فردی آنان رابطه معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش احیای قلبی- ریوی مبتنی بر مدل تثبیت موقعیت برای پرستاران در بخش‌های ویژه موجب کاهش استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی شده و به‌دنبال آن تثبیت موقعیت که همان مراقبت در بخش ویژه است، تقویت می‌شود .

عنوان انگلیسی Effect of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training Based on Stabilizing Model on Depression, Anxiety and Stress of Intensive Care Unit Nurses
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aims: Nurses are one of the care groups that undergo stress, anxiety and depression, and stress, anxiety and depression are of their current problems. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training on the rate of depression, anxiety and stress of the intensive care unit nurses, based on the positioning model. Methods: This study was performed at the year 2012, using semi-empirical method. The statistical population was all the nurses working at the intensive care units of selected hospitals in Tehran, and 30 nurses were selected from them, using random sampling and based on Altman formula. The tool for data collecting includes demographic information form and short form of depression, anxiety and stress questionnaire (DASS-21). To this end, the averages of the scores of depression, anxiety and stress of the nurses were compared, before and after cardiopulmonary resuscitation training based on the positioning model, and data were analyzed, using SPSS 15 software and descriptive and inferential statistical tests. Results: The averages of the scores of depression, anxiety and stress had a significant difference (p=0.0001) before and after training. No significant correlation was observed between the existence of depression, anxiety and stress among people with their personality. Conclusion: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation training based on the positioning model for nurses of the intensive units results in the decrease of stress, anxiety and depression, and following it, positioning which is the same as care in the intensive unit, is reinforced.
