عنوان فارسی مقایسه شیوه‌های ارزشیابی عملکرد دانشجویان پرستاری در آموزش بالینی
چکیده فارسی مقاله اهداف: ارزش‌یابی بالینی دانشجویان ارتباط تنگاتنگی با کسب مهارت آنان دارد. ارزش‌یابی بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری، مسئولیت مهم و اغلب پیچیده مربیان پرستاری است. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه شیوه‌های ارزش‌یابی عملکرد دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد.روش‌ها: این پژوهش توصیفی- مقایسه‌ای در سال 1385 انجام شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه، دانشجویان ترم آخر رشته پرستاری در مقطع کارشناسی پیوسته در دو دانشکده پرستاری دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی "الف" و "ب" در شهر تهران بودند. 105 نفر (20 نفر از دانشگاه "الف" و 85 نفر از دانشگاه "ب") به روش مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شده و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه خودساخته بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با برنامه نرم‌افزاری SPSS 13 و به‌کمک آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. از آزمون مجذور کای، آزمون دقیق فیشر و آزمون T مستقل استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: بین دو دانشگاه درخصوص ارزش‌یابی عملکرد دانشجو با حضور خود دانشجو، توضیح‌دادن معیارهای ارزش‌یابی عملکرد بالینی در ابتدای دوره، تنظیم معیارهای دسترسی به اهداف آموزشی همراه با دانشجو، اطلاع‌رسانی نمرات حاصل از ارزش‌یابی عملکرد بالینی دانشجو، استفاده از خودارزشیابی، سنجش میزان توانایی دانشجو قبل از شروع ترم، مشاهده رفتار دانشجو حین اجرای پروسیجر و تهیه و تنظیم معیارهای ارزش‌یابی توسط مربیان بالینی تفاوت معنی‌دار مشاهده شد.نتیجه‌گیری: 95% دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی "الف"، فرآیند ارزش‌یابی بالینی را سنتی و 5% نوین می‌دانند، در حالی که در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی "ب" 18/41%، شیوه ارزش‌یابی را سنتی و 82/58% آن را نوین قلمداد می‌کنند. همچنین بین شیوه‌های ارزش‌یابی بالینی دو دانشگاه، تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری وجود دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparison of performance evaluation methods of nursing students in clinical training
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aims: Clinical evaluation of university students is highly correlated with their acquisition of skill. Clinical evaluation of nursing students is the important and often complex responsibility of nursing trainers. The present study was conducted aiming at comparing the methods of the evaluation of nursing students' performance.Methods: This descriptive-comparative study was conducted in 2006. The population under study was the last-semester undergraduates studying at nursing faculties of two medical sciences universities A and B in Tehran. 105 students were selected (20 Medical Sciences "A" and 85 of Medical Sciences "B") using purposive sampling method and included in the study. Data gathering tool was researcher-made questionnaire. Data was analyzed using SPSS13 software and using descriptive and inferential statistics. Chi square test, Fisher's exact test and independent T-test were used.Results: There was a significant difference between two universities regarding the evaluation of students performance by student presence, explaining the criteria of clinical performance evaluation at the beginning of the course, adjustment of the criteria of accessing to the educational objectives with student, providing information of scores resulting from student's clinical performance evaluation, using the evaluation itself, assessment of the ability of student before beginning of the semester, observing the student's behavior during the implementation of the procedure and preparing and setting the criteria of accessing to the educational objectives by clinical trainers.Conclusion: 95% of students at the medical sciences university "A" considers the clinical evaluation process traditional and 5% considers it new, while at the medical sciences university "B", 41.18% of students considers the evaluation method traditional and 58.82% considers it new. Moreover, there is a statistical significant difference between the clinical evaluation approaches of two universities.
