عنوان فارسی پیش بینی پیشرفت تحصیلی براساس جهت گیری هدف پیشرفت
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده اهداف: با توجه به اهمیت جهت‌گیری هدف و تاثیر آن در عملکرد افراد، به‌ویژه در موقعیت‌‌های تحصیلی و همچنین نقش این جهت‌گیری‌‌ها در فرآیند یادگیری- یاددهی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه الگوی چهاروجهی اهداف پیشرفت با پیشرفت تحصیلی و تعیین نقش پیش‌بینی‌کنندگی آن در این زمینه انجام شد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه همبستگی در سال تحصیلی 91-1390 روی 609 دانش‌آموز راهنمایی شهرستان دزفول که به‌روش تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند، انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه هدف پیشرفت الیوت و مک‌گریگور استفاده شد. میانگین درسی به عنوان شاخص پیشرفت تحصیلی بود. داده‌ها به کمک شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS 18 تحل ی ل شد. یافته‌‌ها: بین جهت‌گیری تسلط- گرایش، عملکرد- گرایش، عملکرد- اجتناب و پیشرفت تحصیلی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود داشت (01/0>p ). همچنین ضرایب رگرسیون نشان‌داد که جهت‌گیری تسلط- گرایش و عملکرد- گرایش پیش‌بین‌های مثبت و جهت‌گیری عملکرد- اجتناب پیش‌بین منفی متغیر پیشرفت تحصیلی هستند. نتیجه‌‌گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه بر اهمیت بررسی اهداف مختلف پیشرفت، و تأثیر آن بر متغیرهای تحصیلی تأکید دارد. همچنین کاربردهایی برای فعالیت‌های آموزشی پیشنهاد شده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Aims: Considering the importance of goal orientation and its effect on individuals’ performance, especially in educational situations and also considering the role of these orientations in the learning-teaching process, this study was carried out with the aim of determining the relation between the four-dimensional pattern of goal achievement and academic achievement and determining its predictive role in this field. Methods: This correlation study was performed in academic year of 2011-2012 in Dezful, Iran, on 609 students who were selected by random multistage sampling method. Data were collected using the Goal Achievement Questionnaire of Elliot & McGregor. The mean scores of the students were used as an index for academic achievement. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18 software. Results: There was significant relationship between mastery-approach, performance-approach, performance-avoidance and academic achievement (p< 0.01). Regression coefficients also showed that mastery-approach and performance-approach orientation were positive predictors and performance-avoidance was a negative predictor for academic achievement. Conclusion: Findings of the study emphasize the importance of investigating different achievement goals and their influence on academic variables. In addition, implications for educational practice have been discussed.
