عنوان فارسی عوامل سازمانی موثر بر شایستگی مدرس بالینی؛ مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله اهداف: مربیان بالینی برای انجام موثر نقش خود نیازمند صلاحیت و شایستگی لازم هستند. این شایستگی تحت تاثیر عوامل گوناگون برون‌فردی قرار می‌گیرد و بیشتر مطالعات انجام‌شده در پرستاری، ویژگی‌های عوامل فردی را گزارش نموده‌اند و خیلی ناچیز به عوامل سازمانی توجه کردند. در عین حال بررسی درک و تجارب ذینفعان و افرادی که به‌طور فعال درگیر با این مساله هستند، در شناخت این عوامل از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین تجارب دانشجویان و مربیان پرستاری از عوامل سازمانی موثر بر شایستگی مدرس بالینی انجام شد. روش‌ها: این پژوهش مطالعه‌ای کیفی است که به‌روش تحلیل محتوی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل در سال 1388 با انجام مصاحبه بدون ساختار با 12 دانشجوی پرستاری و 10 مربی بالینی انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه بدون ساختار و یادداشت‌های عرصه جمع‌آوری شد و به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی قراردادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: 108 کد اولیه در 25 کد مفهومی قرار گرفت که در مجموع در 7 طبقه و 3 درون‌مایه تقسیم شد. درون‌مایه‌های اصلی "برانگیزاننده‌بودن محیط یادگیری" (2 طبقه)، "پرسشگری دانشجویان" (2 طبقه) و "ناکارآمدی مدیریت آموزشی" (3 طبقه) بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: شایستگی مدرسان بالینی پرستاری ضمن نیاز به ویژگی‌های درون‌فردی مدرس تحت تاثیر عوامل برون‌فردی و سازمانی مثل ویژگی‌های محیط یادگیری، خصوصیات دانشجویان و کارآمدی مدیریت آموزشی موسسه قرار دارد. لذا لازم است تا ضمن پیاده‌کردن سیستم شایسته‌محور برای گزینش و ارزشیابی مدرسان بالینی، مجموعه عوامل فوق هم درنظر گرفته شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Effective organizational factors on a clinical teacher competency a qualitative research
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aims: Clinical instructors need competency to play their role effectively and their competency is affected by various interpersonal factors. Most of previous nursing studies have reported individual factors and have paid too little attention to organizational factors. At the same time, evaluating the experience of stakeholders and people who are actively involved in this issue is important in recognition of these factors. Therefore, this study was carried out to explain the experiences of nursing students and instructors on organizational factors affecting the competency of clinical instructors. Methods: This qualitative study was carried out through content analysis method in Babul Medical University in 2009 by unstructured interviews with 12 nursing students and 10 clinical educators. Data were collected by unstructured interviews and field notes and then were analyzed by contract qualitative content analysis. Results: 108 original codes were put into 25 concept codes, 7 classes and 3 themes. The main themes were "the stimulation capability of the learning environment" (2 categories), "the students’ inquiry" (2 categories) and "the inefficiency of educational management "(3 categories). Conclusion: The competency of clinical nursing instructors is influenced by organizational and interpersonal factors including the characteristics of the learning environment, the students’ qualifications and the efficiency of educational management along with the instructor’s individual characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a competency based system for selection and evaluation of clinical nursing instructors along with considering the above mentioned factors.
