عنوان فارسی تمایل به مصرف ماهی بر اساس سازه‌های الگوی فرانظری در زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی بندرعباس
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: مصرف ماهی نقش مهمی در سلامتی انسان و پیشگیری از بیماری‌ها دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تمایل به مصرف ماهی بر اساس سازه‌های الگوی فرانظری در زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی بندرعباس انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی تعداد 383 نفر از زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی بندرعباس به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای وارد مطالعه شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ای شامل مشخصات جمعیت­شناختی و سازه‌های الگوی فرانظری استفاده شد. داده‌ها به کمک SPSS 19 و آزمون‌های آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه و روند خطی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: 11/7% افراد در مرحله پیش از قصد، 3/9% در مرحله قصد، 13/6% در مرحله آمادگی، 7/3% در مرحله عمل و 36/4% در مرحله حفظ و نگهداری بودند. نتایج آزمون آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه بین سازه‌های الگوی فرانظری با مراحل تغییر ارتباط معناداری نشان داد، به‌طوری‌که با پیشرفت افراد در طول مراحل از مرحله پیش از قصد تا مرحله حفظ و نگهداری میزان موازنه تصمیم‌گیری، خودکارآمدی و فرایندهای تغییر افزایش می‌یافت (p < 0/05 ). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینکه بین موازنه تصمیم‌گیری، خودکارآمدی و فرایندهای تغییر با مراحل تغییر رفتار مصرف ماهی ارتباط معناداری مشاهده شد، پیشنهاد می‌گردد با طراحی و اجرای مداخلات آموزشی و تقویت این سازه‌ها زمینه رسیدن به مراحل عمل و نگهداری فراهم شود. نوع مقاله: مطالعه پژوهشی.

عنوان انگلیسی Tendency to Fish Consumption based on the Constructs of Transtheoretical Model in Women Referred to Health Centers of Bandar Abbas
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: Fish consumption plays an important role in human health and prevention of disease. This study was aimed to determine the tendency to fish consumption based on the constructs of the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) in women referred to Health Centers of Bandar Abbas. Materials and methods: In this analytical-descriptive study, 383 women who referred to Health Centers of Bandar Abbas recruited through cluster sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire which consisted of two sections, namely, demographic characteristics and structures of TTM. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19 and one-way ANOVA and linear trends as statistical tests. Results: 11.7% of participants were in the precontemplation stage, 3.9% in the contemplation stage, 13.6% in the preparation stage, 7.3% in the action stage, and 63.4% in the maintenance stage. The results of the one-way ANOVA test showed a significant association between constructs of TTM and stages of change, so that with progress of individuals from pre-contemplation stage to the maintenance stage, the decisional balance, self-efficacy and processes of change were increased (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Regarding the significant association between decisional balance, self-efficacy and processes of change with the stages of change for fish consumption, designing and implementation of educational programs toward reinforcing the TTM constructs for attaining the action and maintenance in fish consumption is suggested.
