عنوان فارسی شناسایی و الویت بندی شاخص های موثر در مدیریت بهره برداری پایدار از پارک های جنگلی دست کاشت (مطالعه موردی:پارک جنگلی چیتگر)
چکیده فارسی مقاله امروزه حجم فعالیت های بشر و تاثیر آن در محیط زیست از چنان ابعادی برخوردار شده است که حوزه نفوذ آلودگی ها و تخریب محیط زیست به اقصی نقاط جهان رسیده است. فضاهای سبز نقش تعیین کننده ای در حمایت از سیستم‌های اجتماعی واکولوژیکی شهر دارد. اگرچه عوامل و رویداد‌های موثر در فرهنگ و وضع اجتماعی مردم در گذشته سبب فراموش شدن امر تفریح و عدم توجه به مشکلات آن گردیده است، اما آنالیز نیروها و عوامل مربوط به تقاضای تفریح و تفرج در کشور نشان می دهد که این نیاز به سرعت رو به افزایش می باشد. از آنجایی که مدیریت بهینه پارک های جنگلی دست کاشت به عنوان فضای سبز درون شهری تنها بر پایه توان سنجی محیط برای این کاربری و سازگاری آن با ناحیه مورد نظر جهت مقابله با آسیب های آن به عنوان جزیی از برنامه جامع مدیریت محیط زیستی امکان پذیر است لذا در تحقیق حاضر به بررسی و شناسایی شاخص های موثر در مدیریت بهره برداری پایدار از پارک جنگلی چیتگر تهران پرداخته شد. نتایج به دست آمده از این تحقیق بیانگر آن است که پارک جنگلی چیتگر به عنوان یک فضای تفریحی و گردشگری نقش مهمی در برآوردن نیازهای گردشگران در تهران دارد که البته نیازمند تمهیداتی جهت افزایش کیفیت و جذب بیشتر استفاده کنندگان می باشد که با ارائه راهکارهایی در راستای گردشگری پایدار و توسعه پایدار ، می‌توان نیازهای گردشگری فراغتی مردم و گردشگران را در این طبیعت جنگلی برطرف ساخت.

University of Malayer   (Received: 2016/12/05 ; Accepted: 2017/08/30)   Abstract Nowadays human activity and its impact on the environment has wide dimension with pollution and environmental destruction effects reaching all over the world. The concept of urban environment is not imaginable without green spaces in its various forms. Green spaces have undeniable roles in support of social and ecological systems of the city. Although the factors and events affecting the cultural and social situation in the past have caused forgetfulness of the need to recreation and its effects, but analysis of the forces and factors related to the demand for leisure and recreation in the country shows that this need is increasing rapidly. The optimal management of planted forest park in a city is carried out on the basis of environmental capacities, within the greater plan for compatibility with the intended area and coping with social and cultural damages as part of a comprehensive environmental management program. In this study, the effective measures in the management of sustainable use of Cheetgar Forest Park were checked and identified. The results suggest that Cheetgar Forest Park as a recreation and tourism space has an important role in complying with the needs of tourists in Tehran.
