عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان آگاهی و مهارت اعضاء سازمان بسیج جامعه پزشکی استان آذربایجان غربی در مواجهه با حوادث بیولوژیک و یک فوریت زیستی در سال ۹۶-۱۳۹۵: یک گزارش کوتاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: حوادث زیستی یکی از تهدیدات اصلی قرن حاضر به شمار می‌رود. هدف مطالعه حاضر، تعیین میزان آگاهی و عملکرد اعضاء گروه‌های پزشکی سازمان بسیج جامعه پزشکی استان آذربایجان غربی در مواجهه با حوادث زیستی در سال 96- 1395 بود. مواد و روش‌ها : در مطالعه توصیفی حاضر، میزان آگاهی و آمادگی 142 نفر از اعضاء سازمان بسیج جامعه پزشکی استان آذربایجان غربی جهت امدادرسانی در سوانح بیولوژیک، توسط یک پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج به صورت آمار توصیفی (تعداد، درصد، میانگین و انحراف معیار) گزارش گردید. یافته‌ها: 110 نفر (4/77 درصد) از شرکت کنندگان در رابطه با حوادث زیستی از سطح آگاهی پایینی برخوردار بودند. بیش‌ترین سطح آگاهی با 97 نفر (3/68 درصد) در رابطه با دستورالعمل لازم برای مقابله با حوادث پرتلفات بیولوژیک بود. نتیجه‌گیری:  نتایج مطالعه حاضر حاکی از میزان آگاهی پایین کادر بهداشتی درمانی سازمان بسیج جامعه پزشکی در رابطه با حوادث بیولوژیک و یک فوریت زیستی بود. واژه‌های کلیدی: حوادث بیولوژیک، بیوتروریسم، میزان آمادگی، آگاهی

عنوان انگلیسی Surveying Knowledge and Performance of Basij Medical Community Members of West Azerbaijan in Response to the Biological Events in 2016-2017: A Short Report
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Biological events are one of the main threats of the present century. The aim of this study was to survey knowledge and performance of Basij Medical Community members of West Azerbaijan in response to the biological events in 2016- 2017. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, knowledge and preparedness of 142 members of the Basij Medical Community in West Azerbaijan  province in response to biological events were evaluated using a reasercher made questionnaire during 2016-2017. The results were reported as descriptive statistics (number, percentage, mean and standard deviation).  Results: 110 participants (77.4%) had low knowledge regarding biological events. The highest level of knowledge with 97 participants (68.3%) was related to required instructions in dealing with biologic incidents with large casualties. Conclusion: The results of the present study showed a low knowledge of the members of Basij Medical Community in confronting the biological incidents.
