عنوان فارسی مدل ساختاریِ روابط رهبری اخلاقی مدیران دانشگاهی و عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیأت علمی با نقش میانجی اخلاق حرفه ای آنان در واحدهای جامع دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و اهداف: توسعۀ عملکرد حرفه ای اعضای هیئت علمی، به وجود شرایط و بستری مناسب نیاز دارد که رهبری اخلاقی مدیران می تواند یکی از عوامل مؤثر در این زمینه باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تدوین مدل ساختاری روابط بین رهبری اخلاقی مدیران دانشگاهی و عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیأت علمی با نقش میانجی اخلاق حرفه ای آنان، انجام گردید. روش بررسی: این پژوهش در تحصیلی96-1395و با روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش مشتمل بر کلیه اعضای هیأت علمی واحدهای جامع دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی که از بین آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای، یازده واحد جامع دانشگاهی به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و سپس متناسب با تعداد اعضای هیأت علمی هر یک از واحدها و از طریق نرم افزار برآورد حجم نمونه SPSS Sample Power ، 400 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از سه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته رهبری اخلاقی، اخلاق حرفه ای و عملکرد آموزشی استفاده گردید. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه ها با کمک نظرات متخصصان و روایی سازه آنها از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأیید گردید و پایایی آنها نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 93/.، 90/. و 89/. محاسبه گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارهای SPSS 23  وAmos Graphic  استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که متغیر رهبری اخلاقی مدیران دانشگاه در مجموع 80 درصد از واریانس متغیر عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیأت علمی را تبیین می کند و در حد بالایی توان تبیین واریانس متغیر عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیأت علمی را دارد. نتیجه گیری: در مجموع مدل معادلات ساختاری طراحی شده بر اساس جامعه آماری، نشان از اهمیت نقش رهبری اخلاقی مدیران دانشگاهی و همچنین اخلاق حرفه ای اعضای هیئت علمی در توسعه عملکرد آموزشی آنها دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Structural Modeling of University Managers Ethical Leadership Relationships and Educational Performance of Faculty Members with Their Mediating Role in Their Professional Ethics in Comprehensive Units of Islamic Azad University
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: The purpose of this study was to develop a structural model of the relationship between the ethical leadership of academic managers and the educational function of faculty members with the role of mediator of their professional ethics. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted in a descriptive-Correlation study in 2016-2017. The statistical population of the study consisted of all faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Islamic Azad University, using cluster random sampling method. Eleven comprehensive university units from northern, southern, eastern, western and central regions The country was selected randomly and then, proportional to the number of faculty members of each of these units, and through SPSS Sample Power sample size software, 400 subjects were selected as the statistical sample of the study. To collect data, three researcher-made ethical leadership questionnaires, professional ethics and educational performance were used. Content validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by expert opinion and its construct validity through factor analysis. Their reliability was also 0.99, 0.99, using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively. And 89 /. Was calculated. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23 and Amos Graphic software. Findings: The main findings of the research indicated that the variables of ethical leadership of university administrators in total account for 80% of the variance in the educational performance of faculty members, and at the high level they can explain the variance of the educational function of the faculty members, and fit The data is in the model and all of the indicators indicate the utility of the structural equation model. Conclusion: In general, a model of structural equations designed based on the environment of the statistical society indicates the importance of the ethical leadership of academic managers as well as the ethics of faculty members in developing their educational performance.
