عنوان فارسی طراحی الگویی برای نهادینه کردن آینده‌پژوهی در آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف تحقیق حاضر طراحی الگویی برای نهادینه کردن آینده‌پژوهی در آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای است. تحقیق حاضر ازلحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی بوده که به روش توصیفی- پیمایشی انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را کلیه صاحبان صنایع متوسط و بزرگ، اساتید و مربیان رشته‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای دانشگاه‌های آزاد و دولتی و کارشناسان و مسئولان اداره کل آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای استان چهارمحال و بختیاری که تعداد آن‌ها 122 نفر بوده تشکیل می‌دهد که از بین آن‌ها 70 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب و مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری بکار گرفته‌شده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه‌ای است که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تائید متخصصان قرارگرفته و برای تحلیل اطلاعات نیز از آزمون آماری T استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داده است که مؤلفه‌های کاربست نگرش آینده‌پژوهانه، کشف روند جریانات گذشته تاکنون، ارائه تصویری از وضعیت آینده فن‌آوری‌های آموزشی، بهبود فرایندهای آموزشی، دیدگاه آموزش و یادگیری مجازی، نگرش سیستم دانش آینده، اصل توجه به آموزش‌های به هنگام و متغیر و اصل مشارکت، مرحله تشکیل دفتر مطالعات آینده‌پژوهی در آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای در سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای کشور، نظام ارزیابی و بازخورد الگوی پیشنهادی و دریافت بازخورد از متولیان و سیاست‌گذاران آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای، اساتید و مدرسان و مربیان کارآفرینی سطح کشور و اعمال اصلاحات پیشنهادی تناسب بیشتری نسبت به مؤلفه‌های دیگر دارند و در کل الگوی پیشنهادی ازنظر صاحبان صنایع متوسط و بزرگ، اساتید و مربیان رشته‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای دانشگاه‌های آزاد و دولتی و کارشناسان و مسئولان اداره کل آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای استان چهارمحال و بختیاری مناسب تشخیص داده‌شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Designing a Model for the Institutionalization of Futures Studies in Technical and Vocational Training
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of the present research is to design a model for the institutionalization of future studies in vocational and technical education. The present research is a descriptive-survey method in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the owners of middle and large industries, professors and trainers of technical and vocational fields of free and public universities and experts and officials of the General Directorate of Technical and Vocational Education in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, numbering 122 in which 70 were selected by stratified random sampling method and tested. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire whose validity and reliability are confirmed by experts, and T-test is used for data analysis. The findings of the research have shown that the components of the future futures research approach, the discovery of past trends, the presentation of the future status of educational technologies, the improvement of educational processes, the view of education and virtual learning, the attitude of the future knowledge system, the focus on time and variable education And the principle of partnership, the stage of formation of the Bureau of Future Studies in technical and vocational education in Iran technical and vocational training organization, the system of evaluation and feedback of the proposed model and feedback from the custodians and policy makers of technical and vocational training, professors and instructors of the country's entrepreneurship and the proposed amendments are more appropriate than other components. In general, the proposed model for the owners of the medium and large industries, professors and trainers of technical and vocational schools of free and public universities and experts and officials of the General Department of Technical and Vocational Education in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province  have been appropriately detected
