عنوان فارسی راهکاری مؤثر برای رابطه دوسویه میان دانشگاه و صنعت و افزایش مهارت فارغ‌التحصیلان
چکیده فارسی مقاله یکی از مهم­ترین الزامات هر جامعه­ای برای دست­یابی به توسعه و پیشرفت، ارتباط میان دو نهاد دانشگاه و صنعت است. رابطه دوسویه، کارآمد و مؤثر بین این دو نهاد مهم به بهبود شرایط کل جامعه یاری می­رساند. در این میان طراحی و راه­اندازی مراکزی واسط بین این دو نهاد مهم جامعه ضروری به نظر می­رسد. مرکز اطلاعات، مشاوره و کاریابی دانشجویی نقش مهمی در برقراری ارتباط مؤثر بین دو نهاد دانشگاه و صنعت ایفا می­کند. این مقاله با      بهره­گیری از نظریه جستجو و روش اسنادی به چگونگی و شرح خدمات این مرکز می­پردازد.  تبادل اطلاعات میان دانشگاه و صنعت، مشاوره و کاریابی ، دریافت نیازهای صنعت در حوزه نیروی انسانی، کمک به برگزاری دوره­های کارآموزی بخشی از وظایف این مرکز است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله One of the most important requirements of any society for the achievement of development is the relationship between the two institutions of university and industry. The two-way, efficient, and effective relationship between these two important institutions helps to improve the conditions of the entire community. In the meantime, designing and setting up intermediate centers between these two important organizations seems to be necessary. The Student Information, Student Advice and Employment Center plays an important role in effective communication between two institutions of university and industry. This article focuses on how to describe the services of this center using the search and documentary methods. The exchange of information between university and industry, counseling and employment, the reception of industry needs in the field of human resources, and the organization of training courses are part of the center's duties.
