عنوان فارسی رابطه هوش معنوی و سخت کوشی با پیشرفت تحصیلی‌در دانشجویان آموزش از راه‌دور دانشگاه پیام نور
چکیده فارسی مقاله شناسایی عوامل تاثیر گذار بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان رویکردی مناسب در جهت برنامه ریزی، توسعه و تکامل برنامه های اموزشی ایجاد می کند.هدف[p1] از[72] پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین هوش معنوی،سخت کوشی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان آموزش از راه دور با تاکید بر تفاوتهای جنسیتی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی – پیمایشی بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 150 نفر از دانشجویان آموزش از راه دور بود که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه هوش معنوی(کینگ 2008 ) و پرسشنامه سنجش سخت کوشی (بشارتی 1387) بود. داده ها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSSتجزیه و تحلیل شد[73] . نتایج نشان دهنده رابطه معناداری بین هوش معنوی و سخت کوشی کلی در دانشجویان بود. همچنین از بین زیر مولفه های سخت کوشی ، بعد تعهد و کنترل با هوش معنوی کلی و زیر مولفه های مقابله با مشکلات ، سجایای اخلاقی و خود آگاهی رابطه معناداری داشت. در بررسی تفاوتهای جنسیتی نیز تفاوت معناداری بین دختران و پسران مشاهده شد و میانگین دختران در هوش معنوی و پسران در سخت کوشی بالاتر بود. بین جنسیت و سخت کوشی با پیشرفت تحصیلی هم رابطه معناداری وجود داشت .

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Identification of Factors effectiveness in academic achievement is provides appropriate approach to planning and development of training programsThe purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence, hardiness and academic performance of distance education with emphasis on gender differences. The research method was descriptive .The sample was150 students of distance education, which selected randomly.The instruments was Spiritual Intelligence Scale (King 2007), and hardiness assessment questionnaire (besharati 2010). Data in both descriptive and inferential statistics were analyzed withSPSS software.The results showed significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and hardiness. Also two components of the hardiness such as, commitment and control with spiritual intelligence and confronting with problems, moral factors and Self-awareness, was significant.
