عنوان فارسی شناسایی، تعیین و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازی تدریس مربیان فنی و حرفه‌ای مطالعۀ موردی مربیان استان کرمانشاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این مقاله شناسایی، تعیین و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازی تدریس مربیان فنی و حرفه‌ای  استان کرمانشاه بررسی‌شده است. مقالۀ حاضر از حیث روش توصیفی- پیمایشی و از حیث هدف کاربردی است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات شامل کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی می‌باشد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه است که برای تأیید روایی آن از تحلیل محتوا و برای تأیید پایایی از ضریب الفای کرونباخ به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده می‌شود. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق کلیۀ مربیان فنی و حرفه‌ای استان کرمانشاه دولتی و آزاد است و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده می‌شود. در تحقیق حاضر هم از آمار توصیفی برای نشان دادن وضعیت جمعیت شناختی جامعۀ آماری و هم از آمار استنباطی برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها استفاده می‌شود. روش‌های آماری مورداستفاده در تحقیق آزمون‌های آماری t تک نمونه و آزمون تحلیل واریانس به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS و روش معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم‌افزار AMOS می‌باشد. نتایج نشان می­دهند عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازی تدریس مربیان استان کرمانشاه عبارت هستند از: شایستگی مربیان، استقلال مربیان، احساس مؤثر بودن در مربیان، احساس معنی‌دار بودن کار مربیان و اعتماد در مربیان. شایان‌ذکر است که برخی کارآموزان بر شیوه‌های یادگیری تجربۀ عینی و مشاهده تأملی تأکیددارند و نیرومندترین جهت‌گیری آن‌ها توانایی تخیل قوی و آگاهی از ارزش‌ها و معانی است. این افراد در دیدن موقعیت‌های عینی از چشم‌اندازهای مختلف عملکرد بهتری دارند و بیشتر روابط را با گشتالت معنی‌داری سازمان می‌دهند.

عنوان انگلیسی Identifying, determining, and analyzing effective factors in empowering the VET instructors Case study (Instructors of Kermanshah VET regional office)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this paper, identifying, determining, and analyzing effective factors on empowering the training of technical and vocational instructors of Kermanshah Province has been investigated. The presented article in terms of objective is an applied research, and in terms of method is descriptive survey. Data collection method included desk and field research. The data collecting tool is a questionnaire that content analysis is used to confirm its reliability, and Cronbach's alpha coefficients is used via the help of SPSS software to confirm its validity. The statistical population of the research is all the public and private technical and vocational center instructors of Kermanshah Province, and simple random sampling method is used. Cochran formula is also used in order to determine the sample content. In the present research, descriptive statistics is used to show the demographic status of the population and inferential statistics is used to analyze the data. The statistical methods used in the research are one-sample t test and variance analysis test via SPSS software, and the structural equation method is done via AMOS software. The results show that the factors influencing teaching empowerment of instructors in Kermanshah province are as follows: the instructors' competency, independence, feeling of being influential, feeling of doing something meaningful, and confidence. It is worth noting that some recruits put emphasis on objective experience and reflective observation learning methods and their strongest orientations are strong imagination, and awareness of values and meanings. These people show better performances in seeing objective situations from different points of view, and organize most of the relationships with a meaningful gestalt.
