عنوان فارسی بررسی موانع جذب و نگهداشت کارآموزان مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای شیراز
چکیده فارسی مقاله تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی موانع جذب و نگهداشت کارآموزان ادارۀ کل آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای شهر شیراز انجام گرفت. سؤال‌های اساسی در این تحقیق، عوامل جذب (عوامل فردی و سازمانی) و عوامل نگهداشت (عوامل کالبدی و مسائل آموزشی) کارآموزان مراکز فنی و حرفه‌ای را بررسی می‌کنند. روش پژوهش نیز آمیخته است. ابزارهای تحقیق شامل پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته و مصاحبۀ نیمه­ساخت­مند بود. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که به ترتیب عوامل فردی و عوامل کالبدی در جذب کارآموزان و مسائل آموزشی و عوامل کالبدی در نگهداشت کارآموزان نیز مؤثر است. اما در هریک از این عوامل به‌طور جداگانه ضعف‌هایی وجود دارد. همچنین، پایگاه اجتماعی و فرهنگی در گرایش کارآموزان به سمت آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای تأثیر منفی داشته است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The present paper aims to study barriers of Trainees' attraction and retention in Fars Province Technical and Vocational Training General Office (Shiraz City).The research questions dealt with attraction factors (organizational and individual factors) and retention factors (physical and educational matters factors) of technical and vocational training centers' trainees.A mixed methods research design was used. Research toolsincluded researcher-made questionnaire and semi-structured interview.The results showed that individual and physical factors were more effective on the trainees' absorption and attraction. And physical and educational matters factorswere more effective on trainees' retention. However, in each of these factors, there were deficiencies separately, so some of the trainees leave the instruction in the middle of the period. Also, social and cultural bases had negative effect on attraction of trainees towards the technical and vocational training.
