عنوان فارسی بررسی هماهنگی محتوای دروس کارگاهی و عملی با نیازهای محیط کار: مطالعه موردی رشته صنایع چوب شاخه فنی و حرفه‌ای
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان پاسخگویی آموزش‌های عملی صنایع چوب در هنرستان‌ها به نیازهای بخش صنعت در استان تهران انجام شده است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل کتب درسی، هنرآموزان، هنرجویان، برنامه‌ریزان درسی در رشتۀ صنایع چوب و مدیران و سرپرستان صنایع چوب در استان تهران است. نمونه آماری شامل تمام هنرآموزان، هنرجویان سال سوم و برنامه‌ریزان (شامل اعضای کمیسیون تخصصی تألیف کتب درسی) و 50 نفر از صاحبان صنعت چوب  است که به روش تصادفی انتخاب شده‌اند و کتاب‌ها شامل کتب کارگاهی و عملی «تکنولوژی کارگاه صنایع چوب، کارگاه مقدماتی چوب، کارگاه تولید صنایع چوب، ساخت پروژه» است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که دیدگاه پاسخگویان در بارۀ انطباق محتوای کتاب‌های مورد بررسی با نیازهای بازار کار دارای پراکندگی و تفاوت‌های فاحشی است. طوریکه از نظر برنامه‌ریزان درسی محتوای کتاب‌های درسی از انطباق قابل قبول و زیادی با نیازهای صنعت برخوردار است، در حالی‌که از نظر هنرآموزان و هنرجویان این انطباق در حد متوسطی است. محتوای کتاب تکنولوژی کارگاه صنایع چوب نسبت به بازنگری و بررسی مجدد در اولویت قرار دارد و کتاب ساخت پروژه از همخوانی بیشتری با نیازهای صنعت برخوردار است.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Conformity of the Content of Workshop and Practical Course with Workplace Needs: Case Study of Wood Industry Discipline in Technical and Vocational Division
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This paper aims to study the practical training of wood industry discipline in vocational schools to understand the extent it meets the industry needs in Tehran province. The statistical population in this study included textbooks, vocational teachers, vocational students, and curriculum developers in wood industry discipline as well as wood industry managers and employees in Tehran province. All the teachers and students in the third grade of vocational schools in this field and curricula developers were included in the sample as well as 50 members of the wood industry community, who were randomly selected. The books in this study included "wood workshop technology, wood basic workshop, the manufacturing workshop of wood industry, project structure". A questionnaire was used for measuring the extent to which the textbooks content meet the industry needs. Results showed that there are different points of view regarding the issue. According to curriculum developers the textbooks content highly meets the industry needs while teachers and students believed the textbooks content and industry needs partly cover each other. The viewpoint of those involved in the industry shows somewhat relevance between these two. Some books, such as wood workshop technology is in prime priority to revision, and some others such as project structure is more related to industry needs.
