عنوان فارسی ارائه الگوی بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان های دولتی ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگویی نوین در سنجش بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات به جهت استقرار حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌های دولتی ایران می‌باشد. این مطالعه از حیث هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی به شمار می‌رود. روش انجام تحقیق نیز به صورت پیمایشی بوده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل مدیران ارشد و کارشناسان فناوری اطلاعات سازمان ثبت اسناد می‌باشد که 27 نفر به صورت غیرتصادفی و به روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه (شامل 24 مؤلفه اصلی و 64 سؤال) استفاده شده است که برای تهیه آنیک مدل نوآورانه ترکیبی از مدل‌های بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات ایجاد و در یک سازمان دولتی به کار گرفته شد همچنین برای تأیید روایی پرسشنامه از نظر اساتید و صاحبنظران استفاده شده است و جهت سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. به منظور تحلیل پرسشنامه از آمار توصیفی شامل میانگین و انحراف معیار استفاده شده است. همچنین از آزمون t تک‌نمونه‌ای به منظور مقایسه میانگین مؤلفه‌ها (سؤال‌ها) با میانگین داده‌ها استفاده شده است. این آزمون با اطمینان 95 درصد و خطای 5 درصد انجام شده است. بر‌اساس نتایج این آزمون مؤلفه‌ها به سه دسته کمتر از میانگین (معنادار)، در حدود میانگین (بی‌معنا) و بیش از میانگین (معنادار) دسته‌بندی شده‌اند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سازمان ثبت اسناد از نظر بلوغ در سطح دو (آگاهی) قرار دارد. این سطح نشانگر این است که سازمان از وضعیت فناوری اطلاعات و نیازهای خود در این حوزه آگاه بوده و در حال برنامه‌ریزی در راستای اعتلای خود می‌باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Presenting the IT Maturity Model in Iranian Governmental Organizations
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract This research aims at presenting the IT  maturity model in Iran's governmental organizations. This research is an applied one in terms of the objective and is correlational and descriptive in terms of the nature. The research has bad been conducted in a survey method. The statistical population of this research included senior managers and IT experts of organization, which 27 persons were selected non-randomly and by judgment sampling method. A questionnaire based on the combinational model (including 24 main components and 64 questions) has been used to collect information. The opinions of the professors and experts have been used in order to confirm the validity of the questionnaire and the Cronbach's alpha has been used to measure the reliability of the questionnaires. Descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviation have been used in order to analyze the questionnaire. Also, one-sample t-test has been used in order to compare the mean of components (questions) with the mean of data. This test has been performed with 95% confidence level and a 5% error rate. Based on the results of this test, the components have been classified into three categories less than the mean (significant), in the mean (insignificant) and more than the mean (significant). Research findings show that the registration documents organization is in the level 2(awareness) in terms of the maturity. This level also indicates that this organization is aware of the situation of IT and its needs in this area and is planning to improve it.
