عنوان فارسی استاد بالینی خوب از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری: یک مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه:  با توجه به اهمیت شناخت ویژگی‌های مطلوب یک مدرس، جهت تعیین ویژگی‌های استاد خوب از روش‌های گوناگونی ازجمله بهره‌مندی از نظرات دانشجویان استفاده می‌شود. مطالعه حاضر باهدف شناخت ویژگی‌های یک استاد بالینی خوب از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد. روش‌:  در مطالعه کیفی توصیفی حاضر که به روش تحلیل محتوی انجام شد، 18 دانشجوی سال چهارم کارشناسی پرستاری به‌صورت هدفمند وارد مطالعه شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. کدگذاری و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA 2007  انجام گرفت. برای دستیابی به صحت و پایایی داده‌ها از معیارهای موثق بودن Lincoln و Guba استفاده شد. یافته‌ها:  تجزیه‌وتحلیل مصاحبه‌ مشارکت‌کنندگان، منجر به استخراج 48 کد اولیه؛ و پدیدار شدن یک درون‌مایه به نام «صلاحیت حرفه‌ای» و 6 طبقه اصلی تحت عناوین «توانمندی علمی»، «مهارت بالینی»، «مهارت ارتباطی»، «مهارت ارزشیابی»، «ویژگی‌های شخصیتی» و «مدیریت آموزشی در محیط بالینی» گردید؛ و مشارکت‌کنندگان وجود آن را در یک استاد بالینی خوب مؤثر می‌دانستند. نتیجه گیری:  نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش ویژگی‌هایی از یک استاد بالینی خوب را از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری مشخص نمود؛ که می‌تواند به مسئولین و متصدیان برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی در تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی موفق‌تر و کارآمدتر کمک نماید.

عنوان انگلیسی Good Clinical Instructor from the Perspective of Nursing Students: A Qualitative Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction:  As knowing the characteristics of a good teacher is important, various methods like students' perspectives are used to determine these characteristics. This study aimed to identify the characteristics of a good clinical instructor from the perspective of nursing students. Method: This descriptive qualitative study was conducted using conventional content analysis. In this study, 18 senior nursing students were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview. Coding and data analysis were performed using MAXQDA 2007. To achieve the reliability and accuracy of the data, the Lincoln and Guba authenticity criteria were used. Results:  After analysis of the recorded interviews, 48 basic codes were obtained. Also, one theme called "professional competence" and six main categories including academic ability, clinical skills, communication skills, evaluation skills, personality, and educational management in the clinical setting were considered as characteristics of a good clinical instructor based on the participants' perspectives. Conclusion: The results of this study identified the characteristics of a good clinical instructor from the perspective of nursing students, which can help the authorities in successful and efficient educational planning
