عنوان فارسی بررسی توسعۀ آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای کشور با مشارکت ذی‌نفعان
چکیده فارسی مقاله بررسی ارتباط آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای رسمی (رشته‌های الکترونیک، الکتروتکنیک) با نیازهای بازار کار از نظر مدیران صنایع (مدیران رده میانی شامل مدیران فنی، تولید و آموزش) کارخانه‌ها و مؤسسات مرتبط، عنوان پژوهش حاضر است. هدف اصلی آن تعیین میزان ارتباط آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای رسمی (رشته‌های الکترونیک و الکتروتکنیک) با دانش‌ها و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز مدیران صنایع در بازار بوده است. در این پژوهش از آمار توصیفی همچون میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، درصد و همچنین از آمار استنباطی همچون آزمون T تک نمونه‌ای، برای پاسخگویی به سؤالات تحقیق استفاده شده است. همچنین، جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته صورت گرفته است. به‌طورکلی، نتایج به‌دست آمده: دانش فارغ‌التحصیلان هنرستان‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای رسمی (رشته‌های الکترونیک و الکتروتکنیک) از نظر مدیران صنایع در مناطــق در حد متوسط است و شناخت کمتری از این آموزش‌ها وجود دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Study of the Relationship between Technical and Vocational Education Development and Participation of Partners
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Study of the relationship between formal technical and vocational education (Electronics and Electro-technics majors) and market needs from industry managers' points of view (middle rank managers including; technical, production, and training managers from companies and related institutions) is the subject of this paper. Its main purpose was to determine the validity level of relationship between formal technical and vocational education (Electronics and Electro-technics majors) and the knowledge and skills needed by industry managers in the market.  In this study, descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, etc. and inferential statistics including sample T-test, were used to answer the research questions. The data collection was conducted through a researcher- made questionnaire. In general, results were as follows: in all over the Iran, the knowledge of graduated students from formal technical and vocational high schools (Electronics and Electro-technics majors) is moderate in terms of industry managers and they are not fully aware of this kind of educat
