عنوان فارسی مقایسه آزمون‌ غربالگری دنور ۲ و پرسش‌نامه‌های سنین و مراحل در بخش تکامل حرکتی کودکان ۶۰-۴ ماهه شهر تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: این مطالعه به منظور بررسی میزان توافق تکامل حرکتی (ظریف و درشت) آزمون‌های غربالگری تکاملی دنور2 و پرسش‌نامه سنین و مراحل (ASQ) در کودکان 60-4 ماهه شهر تهران و مقایسه نتایج دو آزمون در بخش تکامل حرکتی و تعیین ضریب توافق دو آزمون صورت گرفت. روش بررسی: 197 کودک (104 پسر و 93 دختر) 4 تا 60 ماهه بوسیله DDST-II و ASQ در چهار مرکز بهداشتی‌درمانی در شمال، جنوب، شرق و غرب تهران در این مطالعه تحلیلی و کاربردی مورد بررسی تکامل حرکات درشت و ظریف قرار گرفتند. نمونه‌گیری به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تا تکمیل حجم نمونه انجام شد. اطلاعات مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و ضریب توافق دو آزمون تعیین شد. یافته‌ها: در بررسی انجام شده با DDST-II و ASQ به ترتیب ٪7/11 و ٪5 از کودکان مشکوک به تأخیر تکامل حرکات ظریف و ٪11/2 و ٪6/3 مشکوک به تأخیر تکامل حرکات درشت شناخته شدند. ضریب توافق کاپا بین دو آزمون در حیطه حرکات ظریف 0/05 و در حیطه حرکات درشت 0/24 بود. نتیجه‌گیری: در این مطالعه از بررسی تکامل حرکتی کودکان تهرانی با دو ابزار دنور2 و ASQ، نتایج متفاوتی به دست آمده و ضریب توافق کاپا بین دو آزمون ضعیف است. برای انتخاب یک ابزار غربالگر مناسب حرکتی، نتایج غربالگری باید با یک آزمون استاندارد تشخیصی طلایی مقایسه شوند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: This research was made for screening the motor developmental status) fine and gross) of 4-60 months old children in Tehran city through Denver Developmental Screening Test II (DDST-II) and Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ), comparing the results of two tests and determining their agreement coefficient. Materials & Methods: In this analytical study the gross and fine motor developmental status of 197 children 4-60 months old were screened by using ASQ and DDST-II in 4 primary health care clinics in north, south, east and west areas of Tehran. Convenient sampling was used. Data was analyzed and consistency coefficient of two tests was determined. Results: By using ASQ and DDST-II fine motor developmental delay suspected in %5 and 11.7% of children and gross motor developmental delay suspected in 3.6% and 11.2% respectively. The estimated consistency coefficient between DDST-II and ASQ for fine motor domain was 0.05 and 0.24for gross motor domain. Conclusion: In this study motor developmental screening of children showed different results and kappa measure agreement of two tests was weak. For selecting a suitable tool it is necessary to compare the developmental screening results with a gold standard diagnostic test results of motor developmental screening be compared with a diagnostic gold standard test.
