عنوان فارسی استراتژی توسعه شهری با تأکید بر توانمند سازی محلات شهری مطالعه موردی: محله اکبرآباد یزد
چکیده فارسی مقاله فرآیند استراتژی توسعه‌ی شهری به عنوان نظریه‌ای، رویه‌ای- محتوایی و به عنوان رویکردی نوین در برنامه‌ریزی شهری توسط سازمان ائتلاف شهرها در سال 1999 با هدف کاهش فقر، توسعه‌ی پایدار و ارتقای مشارکت و ایجاد حکمرانی خوب شهری مطرح گردید. در این میان یکی از محورهای اساسی CDS رویکرد محله محوری و توجه به محلات شهری بوده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف استراتژی توسعه‌ی شهری با تأکید بر توانمندسازی محله‌ی اکبرآباد یزد می‌باشد. رویکرد حاکم بر پژوهش حاضر توصیفی - تحلیلی و جامعه‌ی آماری تحقیق کل کاربری‌های (1090) موجود در محله‌ی اکبرآباد است. روش پژوهش به صورت میدانی با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق ساخته می‌باشد و برای تحلیل و پردازش دادهها و برآورد کمبود سرانه کاربری های موردنیاز از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی و برای تحلیل نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید از مدل کیفی SWOT استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان می‌دهد بین سرانه‌ی کاربری‌ها در وضع موجود با سرانه‌ی استاندارد در مقیاس محله‌ای اختلاف وجود دارد و هم‌چنین محله اکبرآباد با چالش‌ها و مشکلات زیادی روبرو است که از مهم‌ترین این چالش‌ها می‌توان به وضعیت نامناسب و در حال تخریب کاربری‌ها، نفوذناپذیری کوچه‌ها و معابر، از بین رفتن هویت محله‌ای و غیره اشاره کرد. در پایان برای ارتقای سطح کیفی محله، با توجه به کمبود بعضی کاربری‌ها در سطح محله و با توجه به سرانه‌ی استاندارد جهانی، کاربری‌هایی پیشنهاد و هم‌چنین راه‌کارهایی ارائه شد.
