عنوان فارسی تعیین و تحلیل سطوح برخورداری شهرستان‌های استان بوشهر با استفاده از مدل اسکالوگرام
چکیده فارسی مقاله توزیع عادلانه امکانات و ثمرات توسعه در میان بیشتر جمعیت از خصیصه‌های مهم یک اقتصاد پویا و سالم است. برای تحقق این امر برنامه‌ریزان سعی می‌کنند نابرابری‌ها و عدم تعادل‌ها را از طریق تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های متعدد محرومیت‌زدایی و گسترش همه جانبه جنبه‌های مثبت توسعه‌یافتگی کاهش دهند. لازمه برنامه‌ریزی شناسایی جایگاه مناطق نسبت به یکدیگر به لحاظ توسعه است که جهت رسیدن به این مهم استفاده از مدلها و تکنیک‌های مختلف نقش اساسی دارد. در این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از مدل اسکالوگرام بر اساس 35 شاخص در زمینه‌های جمعیتی، بهداشتی و درمانی، آموزشی، فرهنگی، بازرگانی و اقتصادی، ارتباطات و حمل و نقل، خدمات رفاهی و تاسیسات شهری، سطح برخورداری شهرستان‌های استان بوشهر مشخص گردیده و وضعیت هریک از شهرستان‌ها در شاخص‌های فوق مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که به لحاظ توزیع فضایی امکانات و خدمات، بین شهرستان‌های بوشهر و دشتستان با سایر شهرستان‌ها اختلاف و ناهمگونی وجود دارد. ولی بین سایر شهرستان‌های استان اختلاف فاحشی دیده نمی‌شود. بطوری‌که 22/22% از شهرستان‌های استان که شامل دو شهرستان بوشهر و دشتستان می‌باشد، در سطح برخوردار و 78/77% از شهرستان‌های استان در سطح نسبتاً برخوردار قرار گرفته‌اند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله One of the most important characteristic of a dynamic and healthy economy is equitable distribution of resources and the benefits of development among the majority of population. To achieve this, planners try to reduce inequalities and imbalances through the formulation and implementation of various programs for eradicating of poverty and overall spread of the positive aspects of development. The requirement of planning is identificationof development position of regions proportionate to each other.for achieving this important purpose using of various methods and techniques play important and fundamental role.in the present study,by using scalogram and based on 35 indices in population ,health care educational, cultural, commercial and economical, communications and transportation, recreational services and urban facilities, it is attempted to determine enjoyement levels for Booshehrʼs township and analyze position of each township in said indices.the dominat approach in this study is descriptive, analytical and causal and research method is applied-developmental.the findings indicate that there is great differences between Booshehr(with121 scores),Dashtestan (with 141 scores)and other provienceʼs township (Deilam and Genaveh both 68 scores, Tangestan and Jam both 69 scores, Dashti 70 scores, Deir and Kangan both 73 scores) in terms of enjoyement levels and distribution of facilities and services.Generally speaking, 22.22% of the provienceʼs townships most enjoyed level and enjoyed and that include Booshehr and Dashtestan are located in 77.77% that include other 7 township(Deilam, Genaveh, Tangestan, Jam, Dashti, Deir and Kangan) in much deprived level.Results also show that population factor have and an important role in distribution of facilities and services and townships that have more population have received more facilities and services too. Ultimately, to reduce the distance between township and achieve relative balance among them, some solutions based on period-location are offered.
