عنوان فارسی ارزیابی شاخص‌های کارکردی در زمینه تحقیقات پسته
چکیده فارسی مقاله در پژوهش حاضر وضعیت علم پسته (به‌ویژه شاخص‌های کارکردی) در ایران و جهان مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است.  تعداد کل مدارک معتبر علمی که به‌طور مستقیم در زمینه پسته گزارش شده، 989 مورد بوده است. برمبنای این نتایج، 5/75 درصد از تعداد کل مدارک علمی، به مقالات علمی پژوهشی مربوط است که در مجلات معتبر علمی چاپ شده است. بیشترین تعداد مقالات علمی (773 مقاله) در زمینه کشاورزی و علوم بیولوژی چاپ شده که 6/53 درصد مقالات را شامل می‌شود. بیشترین تعداد مقالات مربوط به پسته (129 مقاله) در سال 2011 چاپ شده و بیشترین تعداد مقالات علمی پسته مربوط به مؤسسه تحقیقات پسته کشور با تعداد 90 مقاله (7/10 درصد) است. برمبنای نتایج به‌دست آمده از پایگاه علمی اسکوپوس، ایران، آمریکا و ترکیه به ترتیب با 6/34 ، 8/19و 1/16 درصد، پیشتاز تولید علم پسته هستند (تولیدکننده 5/70 درصد از علم پسته). تعداد کل اختراعات ثبت شده در زمینه علم پسته، 93 عدد است که در حدود 3/61 درصد آن در زمینه شیمی پسته ثبت شده است. 2/46 درصد ثبت اختراعات در زمینه ابزار و 9/41 درصد در زمینه علوم و صنایع غذایی است. نتایج فوق بیانگر این مهم است که با وجود توانایی علمی بالا در زمینه علم پسته در کشور، وجود تنها یک مؤسسه تخصصی تحقیقاتی، بودجه تحقیقاتی ناکافی و پایین بودن تعداد اعضای هیأت علمی متخصص پسته در کشور، خلاءهای موجود را به وضوح نشان می‌دهد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Evaluation of Functional Index of Pistachio Research:In the present study, the situation of pistachio science (especially functional indicators) in Iran and the world are investigated. The total number of scientific articles which directly reported on pistachio was 989. 75.5% of scientific documents related to the scientific research papers which were published in valid scientific journals. The largest number of scientific articles, 773 articles or 53.6% of articles was in the field of agriculture. Most pistachio articles (129 articles) were published in 2011. Iran Pistachio Research Institute has published the highest number of scientific articles (90 articles equivalent to 10.7% of all articles). Iran, U.S. and Turkey having 34.6, 19.8 and 16.1% of the articles (70.5%) respectively, are the leaders of pistachio science producer in the world. Iran and USA with 34.6%, 19.8% and 16.1% (70.5% of pistachio science) are the first science producers of pistachio. Inventions in the field of pistachio science were 93 inventions that 61.3% of them have been recorded in the field of chemistry. 46.2% of inventions were in the field of instruments and 41.9% of them were in the field of food science and technology. The above results indicate that for keeping the country of the first rank in science production of pistachio, as well as a revival in pistachio production in competition with other countries, more effort is needed. Despite high scientific potential in the field of pistachio science, presence of only one specialized research institute, inadequate research funding, and low number of pistachio scientific members in the country, show clearly the gaps.
