عنوان فارسی چارچوب ممیزی مدیریت دارایی‌های فکری در شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان
چکیده فارسی مقاله امروزه اصلی‌ترین دارایی شرکت‌های فناور و دانش‌بنیان، دارایی‌های فکری است. این شرکت‌ها علاوه بر مدیریت دارایی‌های ملموس و متداول، نیازمند وجود توانمندی مدیریت دارایی‌های فکری در سبد توانمندی‌های خود هستند. از این‌رو در ابتدا باید بتوانند دارایی‌های فکری خود را ممیزی نمایند. اما سؤال اصلی این است که چه چارچوبی برای مدیریت دارایی‌های فکری و نحوه بکارگیری و پیاده‌سازی آن در شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان وجود دارد؟ با در نظر داشتن اینکه حوزه زیست‌فناوری در ایران یکی از حوزه‌های پیشرو در ایجاد شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان بوده است، هدف این مقاله ارائه چارچوبی برای ممیزی مدیریت دارایی‌های فکری در شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان به طور کلی و بررسی دقیق‌تر آن در حوزه مذکور است تا با شناسایی وضع موجود مدیریت دارایی‌های فکری در آنها و مشخص نمودن نقاط ضعف و قوت موجود در ساختار اجرایی‌شان، راهکارهایی برای ارتقاء سطح مدیریت دارایی‌های فکری در شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان این حوزه، ارائه دهد. روش تحقیق بکاررفته در این مقاله، پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری داده‌های آن، مصاحبه با خبرگان و پرسشنامه بوده که برای تحلیل داده‌های گردآوری شده از روش تحلیل تم استفاده شد. بر این اساس، شاخص‌های اصلی چارچوب ممیزی مدیریت دارایی‌های فکری تحت عناوین توانمندی رهبری و مدیریت دارایی‌های فکری در سازمان، میزان ساختارمندی مدیریت دارایی‌های فکری در سازمان، توانمندی شناسایی و احصاء دارایی‌های فکری سازمان، توانمندی حفاظت از دارایی‌های فکری سازمان، توانمندی تجاری‌سازی دارایی‌های فکری سازمان و نهایتاً توانمندی رصد و پایش دارایی‌های فکری رقبا و سایر بازیگران شناسایی شد. پس از وزن‌دهی شاخص‌های شناسایی‌شده، از روش مقایسه‌های زوجی مشخص شد که وضعیت شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان حوزه زیست‌فناوری از منظر مدیریت دارایی‌های فکری بسیار ضعیف می‌باشد. در نهایت هم توصیه‌هایی به ستاد توسعه زیست‌فناوری ایران و مدیران شرکت‌های مورد مطالعه ارائه شده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله SNowadays, the main assets of the technology-based or knowledge-based companies are intellectual assets. These companies in addition to the management of common tangible assets need to have intellectual property management as their capabilities. Therefore, they should be able to audit their intellectual assets at the first stage. The main question is, which framework is there for the intellectual property management and how to apply and implement it in knowledge-based companies? In considering Biotech in Iran as the pioneer sector in establishing knowledge-based companies, the purpose of this study is providing a whole framework for auditing the management of intellectual assets in knowledge-based companies to identify the status of the intellectual asset management and specifying their strengths and weaknesses. Based on the level of intellectual assets` management in the field of biotechnology knowledge-based companies, some recommendations have been addressed. Survey and content analysis are the main research methods of this study and by interviewing with experts and disturbuting questionnaires within biotech companies, all the data have been collected. The main indicators of intellectual property management audit framework are: the leadership and management competencies of the intellectual assets, the structure of intellectual assets management, Identifying and recognizing competencies of the intellectual assets, the ability of protecting intellectual assets in the organization, the organization's ability to commercialize its's intellectual assets, and finally the ability of observing and monitoring the competitors' intellectual properties. After weighting identified factors in the paired comparison, we found that the status of biotechnology knowledge- based companies in the management of intellectual assets is very weak. in order to improve the management of intellectual property in the of biotech companies some recommendations have been deliverd separately to Iran Biotech Inititive Council and the managers of survied companies, finally.
