عنوان فارسی تحلیل نقش و تاثیر منابع درون‌بنگاهی در ارتقاء روابط بین بنگاهی و ظرفیت‌های نوآوری در منطقه کلان شهری تبریز
چکیده فارسی مقاله یکی از رویکردهای نوین در توسعه منطقه‌ای، "نظام نوآوری منطقه‌ای" است که در این رویکرد، همچنان که نوآوری از منابع درون‌بنگاهی حاصل می‌شود، روابط بین بنگاهی نیز به ارتقاء ظرفیت‌های نوآوری در محیط منطقه‌ای کمک می‌کنند. هدف این مقاله بررسی و تحلیل نقش منابع درون بنگاهی درارتقاء روابط بین بنگاهی و ظرفیتهای نوآوری در منطقه کلان شهری تبریز می‌باشد. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده در این مقاله، پیمایش بوده و نیز از شیوه اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای به منظور تبیین مبانی نظری و تجربی و از شیوه نمونه‌گیری قشربندی شده سیستماتیک برای تعیین حجم نمونه استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بین ویژگی‌های عمومی بنگاه‌ها و ظرفیت‌های نوآوری رابطه مثبتی وجود دارد، به طوری که با تقویت منابع داخلی بنگاه‌ها ظرفیت‌های نوآوری بنگاه‌ها نیز ارتقاء می‌یابد. در عین حال، یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که بین منابع داخلی بنگاه‌ها و تقویت روابط بین بنگاهی و ارتقاء ظرفیت‌های نوآوری در منطقه کلان شهری رابطه ضعیفی وجود دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Role of Intra-firm Resources in Improving Networking and their Innovation Capabilities in Tabriz Metropolitan Region
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Over the last two decades development planners were working to develop some new approaches about regional development. One of the developed methods is "Regional Innovation System (RIS)". In this approach, innovation is obtained from intra-firm resources and it can impact the inter-firm relationships and networking in regions. The aim of this article the role of the intra-firm characteristics in improving networking interactions and their capabilities in stimulating innovation in the Tabriz Metropolitan Region. To that end, a surveymethod was employed. Documentary and library data elicitation techniques were also applied to study the existing theoretical principles and approaches in the field. We used stratified sampling for determining the sample size. The findings show that internal resources of firms, particularly the proportion of the qualified staff to the total workforce, the size of firms and research expenditures respectively, have the most significant effect on innovation introduced by firms. Moreover, it was found that. The role of the intra-firm characteristics has not had strong effects on innovative capacities and regional networking in the region. The findings of this study also indicate that both the intensity of the intra-regional networking in the interactive learning and consequently the innovation capabilities of firms do not have statistically significant relationships.
