عنوان فارسی ارائه مدلی کاربردی برای سنجش بلوغ مدیریت دانش در صنعت نرم‌افزار
چکیده فارسی مقاله به هر میزان که سازمان‌ها دارای فرایندهای دانش‌بر بیشتری باشند، به همان میزان نیازمند برنامه‌های واقع‌گرا و کاربردی برای مدیریت دانش سازمانی به‌عنوان منبعی راهبردی برای بهبودهای مستمر آتی خواهند بود. در این پژوهش، هدف اصلی پژوهشگران، ارائه مدلی مدون و کاربردی برای شفاف‌سازی نقش سنجش بلوغ مدیریت دانش و تشریح رویکردی است که توسط آن بتوان مدیریت دانش را به‌صورت راهبردی و جهت بهبودهای مستمر آینده، مورد ارزیابی و بهبود قرار داد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، مروری مختصر بر ادبیات مرتبط با مدیریت دانش و دیدگاه فکری سرمایه‌های فکری ارائه شده و سپس، مفاهیم عملکرد دانش محور سازمانی (بر مبنای شاخص‌های سنجش مدیریت دانش) مورد بحث قرار گرفته‌اند. سپس، مدلی شامل عوامل و شاخص‌های تأئید شده در ادبیات موضوعی تحقیق ارائه شده است که در آن، شاخص‌ها برحسب میزان پیچیدگی و دشواری و طبق ارزیابی و تأئید خبرگان، در سطوح بلوغ توزیع شده‌اند. در پایان، معتبرترین شرکت تولیدکننده نرم‌افزار در ایران به‌عنوان سازمانی دانش‌محور مورد سنجش قرار گرفته و توسط مدل بلوغ مدیریت دانش، سطح بلوغ آن به‌صورت دقیق مشخص شده و راهکارهایی نیز جهت بهبود بلوغ مدیریت دانش این سازمان ارائه شده‌اند تا راهگشای تحقیقات آتی در زمینه سنجش بلوغ مدیریت دانش در دیگر شرکت‌های تولیدکننده نرم‌افزار ایران باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی A Practical Model for Evaluating the Maturity of Knowledge Management in the Software Industry
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The more that organizations have knowledge-intensive business processes, the more they need structured and realistic programs for acquiring and managing their knowledge as a strategic resource for future continuous improvements. In this paper, our aim is to clarify the role of knowledge measurement and management and to explain a maturity-based model with which knowledge can be leveraged strategically for continuous improvements. For this purpose, a brief review of the relevant literature has been provided and greater attention has been paid to organizational knowledge based performance. Hence, a knowledge management maturity model has been proposed in order to evaluate the current status of organizational knowledge management and to identify the knowledge management weaknesses. In this way, a group of experts have been requested to verify a list of comprehensive knowledge measurement measures used for evaluating the knowledge management maturity. As a next step, and for each approved measure, a maturity level has been assigned by the experts. As a final stage and for validating the model, one of the most knowledge- intensive organizations (a solution provider) has been evaluated by the final model. Findings show that the model is an appropriate representation of the current knowledge management maturity status and a fairly comprehensive criterion for selecting the next set of measures so as to improve the quality of knowledge management.
