عنوان فارسی ارائه چارچوب ارزیابی فناوری‌های سلامت در نظام بهداشت و درمان ایران؛ مطالعه موردی ربات روبولنز
چکیده فارسی مقاله داشتن سلامتی از حقوق اساسی و ابتدایی هر انسانی است. اهمیت بسیار زیاد حوزه سلامت در سطح جامعه و همچنین توسعه روزافزون فناوری‌های سلامت و مسائل اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و اخلاقی مرتبط با به‌کارگیری این فناوری‌ها، اتخاذ تصمیمات مرتبط با این حوزه را با حساسیت و پیچیدگی بیش‌تری همراه نموده است. از این رو ارائه چارچوبی جامع و فراگیر برای ارزیابی فناوری‌های سلامت، اهمیت فراوانی دارد. به همین منظور با شناسایی ابعاد مختلف مطرح در ارزیابی فناوری-های سلامت از دیدگاه ذی‌نفعان گوناگون نظام بهداشت و درمان کشور و بررسی اهمیت هر یک از این ابعاد، چارچوبی را در این خصوص ارائه شده است. در ابتدا پس از مطالعه مستندات موجود، شش بُعد اصلی برای ارزیابی فناوری‌های سلامت به همراه پنج گروه ذی‌نفع در نظام بهداشت و درمان کشور شناسایی و استخراج شد. پس از نظرسنجی از خبرگان و انجام تجزیه و تحلیل سلسله مراتبی داده‌ها، میزان اهمیت هر یک از ابعاد به طور کلی و همچنین از دید هر یک از گروه‌های ذی‌نفع تعیین شد. همچنین برای بررسی دیدگاه بازیگران مختلف در نظام بهداشت و درمان کشور پیرامون ابعاد مهم در ارزیابی فناوری‌های سلامت، رابطه میان جایگاه شغلی هر یک از این بازیگران اصلی با اولویت‌های انتخابی آن‌ها از میان ابعاد شش‌گانه پیشنهادی بررسی و همبستگی نسبتاً بالایی میان این دو متغیر مشاهده شد. نکته قابل توجه در این چارچوب، در نظر گرفتن ابعاد بیش‌تر نسبت به تحقیقات مشابه و نیز پارامترهای مطرح برای دو گروه تصمیم‌گیرندگان سطح خرد و کلان حوزه سلامت و همچنین بررسی نظریات بازیگران و ذی‌نفعان مختلف این حوزه پیرامون ابعاد مهم در ارزیابی فناوری‌های سلامت است. در انتها و پس از مشخص شدن چارچوب پیشنهادی، روش جراحی لاپراسکوپی با فناوری روبولنز و جراحی لاپراسکوپی بدون فناوری روبولنز بر پایه چارچوب ارائه شده با یکدیگر مقایسه گردیده که جراحی با فناوری مذکور ترجیح داده شد.

عنوان انگلیسی Presenting a Framework for Evaluation of Health Technologies in Health and Medical System of Iran; Case Study: Robolens Robot
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Health is a fundamental and basic right of Human being. Since health is a great importance in the society, and also ever-increasing the development of health technologies as well as the related economical, social, political and moral problems applying these technologies, making decisions in this respect will be more sensitive and complication. However, presenting a comprehensive framework for evaluating of health technologies is of great importance. Therefore, in the this research, it is tried the best to take steps, although less, to achieve this goal. By identifying the various aspects considered in evaluating of health technologies in viewpoints of different beneficiaries of health and medical system in Iran and investigating the significance of each of the mentioned aspects, it has been presented a formwork in this regard. It was initially studied the existing documents, then the basic six aspects for evaluation of health technologies as well as five beneficiary groups in the health and medical system of Iran were identified and worked out. After taking opinions of experts and analyzing the data, the significance of each of aspects respectly and viewpoints of each of beneficiary groups were determined as well. To survey the views of different players in the health and medical system of Iran about significant aspects for evaluating of health technologies, the relation between career of each of principal player and the priority of their options among the proposed six aspects were investigated which illustrated more relation between these two variations. In this framework, it is considered more aspects compared to similar researches as well as presented parameters for two decision-making groups of micro and macro levels of health system and also surveying the viewpoints of various players and beneficiaries about significant aspects in evaluating health technologies. Finally after determining the proposed framework, the method of Laparoscopy surgery by using Robolens robot and Laparoscopy without using robolens robot based on the presented framework was compared that the surgery using the mentioned technology were preferred.
