عنوان فارسی رابطه اخلاق حرفه‌ای با عملکرد استادان دانشگاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: پرداختن به اخلاق دانشگاهی در برنامه‌های کلان جامعه دارای اولویت خاصی است و غفلت از آن آثار زیانبار فراوانی به بار می­آورد و دانشگاه برای نهادینه‌سازی اخلاق در فرهنگ سازمانی خود محتاج ترویج مستمر و اثربخش اخلاق در همۀ ارکان خود می‌باشد. رعایت اخلاق حرفه‌ای در دانشگاه، حافظ سعادت و رفاه فردی و گروهی دانشجویان است و تجاوز به آن می‌تواند به توانایی یادگیری دانشجویان لطمه وارد کند. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت عملکرد استادان دانشگاه به منظور آگاهی از وضع موجود و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر جهت ارتقاء اخلاق حرفه‌ای به کار می‌رود. روش: شیوۀ انجام پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعۀ آماری آن، دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور کرمان می‌باشد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان مشتمل بر 370 نفر است که به شیوۀ تصادفی انتخاب می‌شود. میزان ریزش نمونه 140 نفر می‌باشد. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ای پژوهشگر ساخته و جهت توصیف داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده می‌شود. یافته‌ها: بین تمام مؤلفه‌های اخلاق آموزشی به جز پرداختن به موضوعات حساس، داشتن روابط دوگانه با دانشجویان و احترام به محل آموزش با عملکرد استادان رابطه ی معناداری وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: استادان به اغلب مؤلفه‌های اخلاقی در تدریس و آموزش توجه می‌کنند و این امر باعث افزایش اثربخشی آموزش و کارآیی کلاس و همچنین یادگیری بهتر و مؤثرتر دانشجویان می‌شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Considering the strategic plans of university ethics is a priority, and ignoring it gives a lot of damage. Universities require continuous and effective promotion of ethics in all elements in order to institutionalize ethics in their organizational culture. Professional ethics in university protects the individual and collective well-being among students and the rape to it can hurt student’s ability to learn. So, the aim of this study is to investigate the status of teaching function of faculty in order to understand the current situation and identify the factors that affect the promotion of professional ethics. Method: The research method is survey –descriptive and the statistical population of the study includes the students of Payam-e- Noor University of Kerman. 230 students have been selected by Morgan’s formula as the sample of this research by using stratified random sampling. Measurement tool is a questionnaire that it is made by authors. To describe the data, descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficients are used. Results: There is a relation between all of the components of the educational ethics with the function of faculty except critical issues, dual relationship with students and respect to the location of training. Conclusion: Most components of the moral in teaching have been done by faculty. This enhances the effectiveness of training, performance, and better and more effective learning of students.
