چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: کشاورزی پایدار بر انجام کشاورزی با کمترین تأثیرات منفی بر محیط زیست، تأکید دارد. از آنجا که کشاورزی یکی از بارزترین دستکاری‌های انسان در طبیعت می‌باشد، جهت‌گیری اخلاقی نیروی انسانی شاغل در این بخش می­تواند یک عامل تعیین‌کننده در رفتار با محیط زیست طبیعی باشد. از این رو، مقاله حاضر به بررسی و سنجش اخلاق زیست محیطی عاملان آموزش به کشاورزان در روستاها یعنی مروجان کشاورزی پرداخته است. روش: روش تحقیق حاضر، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جمعیت مورد مطالعه شامل: مروجان کشاورزی شاغل به کار در ادارات جهاد کشاورزی استان گلستان به تعداد 88 نفر بود که 71 نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه انجام گرفت. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل از آماره‌های توصیفی به همراه ضریب همبستگی و آزمون تی-استودنت استفاده گردید. اطلاعات بدست آمده با نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: اخلاق زیست محیطی مروجان کشاورزی در وضعیت مناسب قابل ارزیابی است. همچنین، اخلاق زیست محیطی آنان مستقل از سن و سابقۀ کار می‌باشد. از بین ابعاد سه‌گانه اخلاق زیست محیطی، خدامحوری، زیست‌بوم محوری و انسان‌محوری به ترتیب، از وزن و اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار هستند. نتیجه‌گیری: مروجان کشاورزی از زمینۀ اخلاقی مناسب در تبیین رفتار درست با محیط زیست طبیعی برخوردار می‌باشند. با توجه به نبود ارتباط بین انسان محوری با زیست‌بوم محوری و خدا محوری و همچنین، وجود ارتباط مثبت و معنا‌دار بین زیست‌بوم محوری و خدامحوری، تمرکز اصلی در تربیت مروجان کشاورزی می‌باید به جای کاهش باورهای انسان‌محور، بر افزایش باورهای زیست‌بوم محور و خدامحور استوار باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی A Study on Environmental Ethics of Agricultural Extension Agents
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Sustainable agriculture emphasizes on agricultural performance with minimal impact on the environment. Since agriculture is one of the obvious manipulations of human in nature, ethical orientation to the environment among workforce employed in the agricultural sector could be a decisive factor in their behavior in the natural environment. This paper examines environmental ethics of agricultural extension workers who seen as the main actors in training of farmers in the rural areas. Methods: Descriptive research based on correlation was used to study the environmental ethics of agricultural extension agents. Using random sampling, a sample consisted of 77 agricultural extension agents out of total 88 agricultural extension agents in Jihad-e-Agriculture offices in Golestan province was selected. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire that included questions to measure environmental ethics. The obtained data were analyzed with SPSS software. Statistics such as descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient and t-test were used. Results: Environmental ethics of agricultural extension agents can be assessed in appropriate condition. Also, environmental ethics is independent of their age and the years of work experience. Environmental ethics dimensions namely theocentric, ecocentric and anthropocentric orientations are weighted and important respectively. Conclusion: Golestan province agricultural extension agents have a good ethics in explaining the behavior with the natural environment. Because there is no correlation between anthropocentric dimension with ecocentric and theocentric dimensions, and also because there is a significant positive relationship between ecocentric and theocentric dimensions, the primary focus of the trainers of agricultural extension agents should be on increase in ecocentric and theocentric dimensions instead of decreasing anthropocentric one.
