عنوان فارسی ویژگی‌های یک پزشک خوب از دیدگاه بیماران
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: پزشکی حرفۀ پرمسئولیت و ارزشمندی است. پزشک باید دارای ویژگی‌هایی باشد که جامعه از او انتظار دارد. ویژگی‌هایی که در شأن این حرفه مهم و مقدس باشد. متون و مقاله‌های زیادی در مورد صفت‌ها و ویژگی‌های پزشکان وجود دارد ولی بررسی‌ها در مورد این ویژگی‌ها از دیدگاه بیماران محدود است. هدف پژوهش حاضر؛ بررسی ویژگی‌های یک پزشک خوب از دیدگاه بیماران است. روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعۀ زمینه یابی است. جامعۀ آماری تمامی بیماران بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران است که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 1200 بیمار به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. دیدگاه بیماران با استفاده از پرسشنامه با سوالات باز بررسی شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، درصد) و آزمون خی‌دو استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: بیماران درباره ویژگی­های یک پزشک خوب مورد سوال قرار گرفتند که33/69% آنها ویژگی یک پزشک خوب را خوش اخلاقی و برخورد خوب ذکر کرده بودند. ویژگی­های دیگر یک پزشک خوب به ترتیب عبارت بودند از: سطح علمی بالا و باسواد بودن 33/29%، با تجربه بودن و مهارت بالا75/24%، صبوری 66/15%، با وجدان بودن و وظیفه شناسی 58/16% ، دادن توضیح کافی راجع به بیماری66/14%، دلسوزی و خیرخواهی 83/14%، گوش دادن و توجه به بیمار 91/13%، احترام گذاشتن 33/13%، وقت شناسی و منضبط بودن 08/13%، دقیق بودن در کار83/11%، وقت کافی برای بیمار گذاشتن 58/7%، توجه کمتر به مادیات 7%، با ایمان و خداشناس بودن 75/5%، درک بیمار و همدردی با او 25/5% . نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد مهم‌ترین صفت یک پزشک خوب از دیدگاه بیماران حتی قبل از سطح علمی و مهارت بالا اخلاق نیکو و برخورد خوب می‌باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Medicine is a valuable profession with great responsibility. Doctors are one of the greatest servants of humanity. Physicians must acquire the traits and features which society expect from them and appropriate to this important and holy profession. There are a lot of texts and articles about traits and characters of a good doctor but studies about this subject in viewpoints of patients are limited. The purpose of this study is, investigating the characteristics of a good physician from the standpoint of patients. Methods: This research is a survey study. Population includes all patients of hospitals in Tehran. Among all hospitals, 1200 Patients of outpatients’ clinics selected as an accessible sample. Patients were asked about traits and characters of a good physician by open questions. For analysis of the data descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage) and chi-square test was used. Results: Patients were asked about traits of a good physician which 69.33% of them answered good morality and fine encountering. Another characters of good physicians in order of priority were: high scientific level and being literate 29.33%,being experienced and high skill 24.75%,patience and forbearing 15.6%,with fairness and conscientiousness and duty16.58%,enough explanation about disease 14.66%,pity and benevolent 14.83%,listening and attention to patients 13.91%,respecting and being polite 13.33%,being on time and disciplined 13.08%,accuracy on working 11.8%,leaving enough time for patients7.58%,less attention to money 7%,faitful and godly 5.75% and understand and sympathy with patients 5.25% . Conclusion: This study shows that the most important character of a good physician in viewpoints of patients even before high scientific level and experience is good moral and nice dealing.
