عنوان فارسی حقوق نهادین شهروندی و مشارکت سیاسی (راهجوی توسعۀ سیاسی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این مقاله نسبت بین مشارکت عملی و حقوق نهادین در گذار از بحران مشارکت به توسعۀ سیاسی بررسی شده است. در این بررسی تحلیلی، نقطۀ گرهی سامان‌بخش به بحث این است: نسبت بین دو متغیر مشارکت عملی و حقوق شهروندی چیست؟ مرور پیشینۀ تحقیق نشان داد که برای پاسخ به این پرسش، سه جواب رقیب وجود دارد. گروهی از  پژوهشگران و اندیشمندان (دو گروه اول) حل بحران را به‌صورت تک‌خطیمی‌بینند؛ البته دربارۀ اینکه کدام عامل نقش متغیر مستقل و کدام عامل نقش متغیر وابسته را دارد اختلاف دارند. گروهی دیگر (گروه سوم) از اندیشمندان، دیدگاه غیرخطی دارند. در نگاه آنان، رابطۀ مشارکت سیاسی و ساختارها و نهادهای حامی حقوق شهروندی، متقابلاً تأسیسی است. در طی سه گفتار، به تبارشناسی مباحث مذکور می‌پردازیم.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Ratio between practice Participation and institutional law in transition from crisis to participate in the political development of this paper has been studied. In this study analytical nodal point is to organize the discussion section: toward between the two variables a practical partnership and citizenship rights? In other words, one independent variable and dependent variable is the other? Literature review showed that to answer these questions, three answers are competing. A group of researchers and scholars into a crisis see single- linear. Which course to cause an independent role and which factors play a role in the dependent variable does differ? Another group of non-linear thinkers have a vision. Look at their structures and institutions of political participation and civil rights advocate role "mutually" establishment "is. in three words, to pay the genealogy topics.
