عنوان فارسی سرریزهای تکنولوژی و اثرپذیری صادرات محصولات کشاورزی ایران (کاربرد روشهای الگوریتم ژنتیک(GA) و مدل تصحیح خطای برداری(VECM))
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف از مطالعه حاضر نخست بررسی اثر سرریز‌های تکنولوژی بر میزان صادرات محصولات کشاورزی ایران با استفاده از الگوی VECM و دوم بررسی و مقایسه عملکرد روشGA در مقابل روش VECM و شناسایی روش برتر در برآورد الگوی صادرات محصولات کشاورزی است. نتایج حاکی از تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌دار سرریز تکنولوژی بر میزان صادرات محصولات کشاورزی ایران است. اثر متغیر‌های رابطه مبادله تجاری، شاخص قیمت‏های نسبی، شاخص ارزش افزوده بخش کشاورزی و نرخ ارز حقیقی نیز مثبت وتنها اثر متغیرتولید ناخالص داخلی شرکای تجاری ایران منفی و از لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار است. همچنین مقایسه عملکرد الگوهای GA و VECM، بر اساس معیار‌های آماری و اقتصاد سنجی، نشان می-دهد که روش GA در برآورد الگوی صادرات از روش VECM عملکرد بهتری دارد و به عنوان روش برتر جهت بهینه کردن تابع صادرات محصولات کشاورزی است. با توجه به اثر مثبت سرریز‌های تکنولوژی بر میزان صادرات محصولات کشاورزی، شایسته است با ایجاد فضای امن سرمایه گذاری، ایجاد بستر‌ها و امکانات زیربنایی، اولویت‌بندی بخش‌های پر‌بازده به‌منظور تخصیص بهینه سرریزها و ارتقای دانش و مهارت نیروی انسانی زمینه جذب بیشتر FDI و استفاده مؤثرتر از مواهب تکنولوژی فراهم آید. همچنین با توجه به عملکرد بالای GA در امر بهینه‌یابی، استفاده از این روش در مطالعات علمی توصیه می‌شود. طبقه‏بندی :JEL Q1,Q16,Q17

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This study has two purposes. The first is evaluating the effect of technology spillover on the Iran’s agricultural exports through VECM method. The second goal is to investigate and compare the performance of GA against the VECM approach and identifying the best approach to estimate the pattern of agricultural exports. The findings indicate that the technology spillover have a significant positive effect on Iran’s agricultural exports. The effect of other variables; terms of trade, relative price index, the value added of agriculture sector and real exchange rate are significantly positive and only the effect of the trade partner’s GDP is negative statistically. Also a comparison of the GA and VECM performance shows that GA method, in estimating the pattern of Agriculture exports, has a greater optimum performance than VECM and is identified as the preferred method for optimizing agricultural export function. So, according to the positive effects of technology spillover on the agricultural exports, it is worthy, by creating a safe space for investing, infrastructural facilities and Prioritization of high yield sections, to provide the possibility of attracting more FDI and using the donations of technology spillover more efficient. Also, according to high performance of GA in optimization, utilization of this method is recommended in scientific studies.
