عنوان فارسی سنجش، کنترل و کاهش میزان آلودگی صوتی در واحد تولید خرده چوب شرکت صنایع چوب و کاغذ مازندران
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: ریشه اغلب سوانح صنعتی را می‌توان در عدم رعایت کامل ملاحظات علم مهندسی فاکتورهای انسانی در سطح فردی یا سازمانی جستجو کرد. سر و صدای نامطلوب محیط‌های کاری علاوه‌بر تأثیر منفی بر اوضاع روانی کارگر و کاهش بازده‌کاری، بر وضعیت عمومی بدن نیز تأثیرات مخربی ایجاد می‌نماید. هدف پژوهش حاضر، سنجش میزان آلودگی صوتی در یک محیط صنعتی و ارائه راه‌کارهای عملی در راستای بهبود شرایط کاری و کنترل آن بود. مواد و روش‌ها: به‌منظور تشخیص و ارزیابی میزان آلودگی در ایستگاه‌های مختلف کاری بخش مورد مطالعه، ترازهای صوتی سطوح مختلف با دستگاه SLM، اندازه‌گیری و متوسط تراز فشار صوت واحد مورد نظر محاسبه شد و در ادامه، محاسبات دوزیمتری سر و صدا برای افراد شاغل انجام گرفت و حداکثر مدت زمان مجاز کار در واحدهای کاری محاسبه شد. به‌منظور بررسی اثرات نامطلوب سر و صدا بر کارکنان در معرض، طی آزمایشات دوره‌ای، سطح شنوایی کلیه پرسنل بخش‌ مورد مطالعه، بررسی گردید. یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها، وجود آلودگی شدید صوتی (بین 3/91 تا 3/104 دسی‌بل) در بخش‌ تولید خرده چوب شرکت را نشان می‌داد و نتایج مربوط به اندازه‌گیری میزان افت شنوایی افراد در معرض، مصداقی بر وجود آلودگی صوتی در واحد بود. بعد از به‌کارگیری راه‌کارها، نتایج اندازه‌گیری دوره‌ای افت شنوایی افراد (حداکثر 82 دسی‌بل)، نمایان‌گر تحت کنترل قرار گرفتن آلودگی صوتی در واحد مزبور بود. نتیجه‌گیری: به‌دنبال اقدامات فردی و مدیریتی انجام شده در راستای حل مشکل آلودگی صوتی در واحد تولید خرده چوب، بررسی و آزمون‌های مستمر شنوایی سنجی، نشان دهنده کنترل و کاهش اثرات نامطلوب آن بر افراد در معرض بود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: The cause of most industrial accidents can be found in not observing the consideration of engineering science completely and human factors at individual or organizational levels. Undesirable noises in working areas, has negative effects on workers’ mental conditions and reduces their pruductivity. Based on these facts, the subject of assessing the noise pollution rate in industrial environments & presenting practical approaches for improving and controlling work conditions was reviewed & implemented in one case study. Material and Methods: For recognizing and assessing the pollution rate in different working stations, noise elevations at different levels were measured by SLM machine and the average pressure elevation of the considered unit noise was calculated. In addition, noise dosage was performed for the employed personnel and the maximum permitted time for working units was measured. To assess the effects of undesirable noises on the employees, the hearing level of all the under-study personnel was reviewed by periodical tests. Results: Input analysis showed server noise pollution in the area of word chips production and the results of measuring noise reduction hearing level of the personnel was an indication of noise pollution in the above mentioned area. After applying the related approaches, the results of periodical noise measurements for the personnel showed that noise pollution of that area was under control. Conclusion: Following the individuals and managerial actions for solving the problem of noise pollution in the wood chips area, the continuous reviews and noise measurement tests, showed that the undesirable effects of the noise on the personnel was under control.
