عنوان فارسی در دفاع از تفکر: بررسی انتقادی سه اثر در زمینۀ روش تحقیق در تاریخ
چکیده فارسی مقاله امروزه بحث روش و روش‌شناسی یکی از سنجه‌های مهم علمیت هر رشته علمی به‌شمار می‌رود. شاید اکنون بدون معرفت نسبت به روش و روش‌شناسی ادعای علمیت در هر علمی مورد تردید باشد. پژوهش حاضر ضمن نقد سه اثر منتشرشده در حوزۀ روش تحقیق در تاریخ یعنی روش تحقیق در تاریخ نگاری اثر جهانگیر قائم مقامی، درآمدی بر روش پژوهش در تاریخ نوشته علیرضا ملایی توانی و روش پژوهش در تاریخ‌شناسی نوشته حسن حضرتی به ارزش‌یابی روش و روش‌شناسی و نسبت آن با تفکر در علم تاریخ پرداخته است. این نقد نشان می‌دهد که چه پیامدهایی از اتخاذ رهیافت پوزیتیویستی در علم تاریخ متصور است. پذیرش الگوهای روش‌شناختی علوم طبیعی در تاریخ، تضعیف موضع نقد، تضعیف موضع اندیشه‌ورزی در علم تاریخ، نادیده انگاشتن نقش مورخ به‌عنوان دست‌کم بخشی از فرایند تولید علم تاریخ و... از جمله تبعات اتخاذ رهیافت پوزیتیویستی در تاریخ است. بر این اساس راهبرد پژوهش کنونی آن است که تمهیداتی اندیشیده شود تا به واسطه‌ی آن تفکر در تاریخ به موضعی غالب تبدیل شود. مساله نوشتار حاضر این است که نسبتی مشخص بین علم تاریخ و تفکر برقرار سازد و در این راستا تعریف و تاویلی از علم تاریخ و روش‌شناسی تاریخی ارائه شده که به تقویت تفکر استمداد برساند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Today, the discussion of method and methodology is one of the important measures of science in any field of science. Perhaps now, without knowledge of the method and methodology is questionedthe claim of sciencein every discipline.  Meanwhilethe present study criticizes three published works in the field of research method in the historynamelyresearch Method in Historiography by Dr. Jahangir GhaemMaghami, an introduction to research method in the history by Dr. AlirezaMollaiyTavani and Method of Research in History by Dr. Hassan Hazratiand  it has evaluated method and methodology and its relation with thinking in the history. This critique reveals the implications of adopting a positivist approach in the history.Adoption of the methodologicalpatterns of natural sciences in history,Weakening the position of criticism, Undermining the position of thought in history, ignore the role of the historian as at least part of the process of producing history, and ... is the consequences of adopting a positivist approach in history. Accordingly, it is the current research strategy that  arrangements are to be consideredby that, thinking in history becomes the dominant position.The present article problem is to establish a distinct relation between history and thought and in this regard, there is a definition and interpretation of history and historical methodology that advocates for strengthening thinking.
