عنوان فارسی چالش‌ها و راهبردهای بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی در ایران و جهان
چکیده فارسی مقاله عدم کارایی فنی و اقتصادی مصرف انرژی و هدر رفتن قریب به یک سوم ازکل انرژی و مشکلات زیست محیطی ناشی ازآن، مدیریت مصرف، افزایش بازده و بهره‌وری انرژی را بیش از پیش ضروری می سازد. در راستای استفاده و امکان سنجی برنامه های مدیریت و ارتقای بهره وری انرژی دیگرکشورها در ایران و تلاش در رفع مشکلات، در این مقاله سعی شده است در سه بخش جداگانه به قسمتی از موارد مهم در این زمینه پرداخته شود. در بخش اول مقاله به دلیل بررسی راهبردهای کاهش مصرف انرژی، ضروری است که با دقت کامل، انواع موجود راهبردها شناسایی و تبیین گردند. ابتدا استراتژی یا راهبرد، تعریف شده و در ادامه به دلیل ماهیت توسعه ای موضوع بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی، تقسیم بندی راهبردها در این راستا ارائه می شود . بر این اساس، در جمع بندی مطالب بخش اول، چارچوب و شیوه بررسی راهبرد بهینه سازی مصرف حامل انرژی که به عنوان الگوی طرح مطالب برای کشورهای مورد نظر و ایران استفاده می شود، ارائه می گردد . در بخش دوم، به راهبردهای بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی کشورهای نمونه و ایران پرداخته می‌شود. ارائه و تحلیل این راهبردها به طور جداگانه برای هرکشور به علت حجیم بودن مطالب، از حوصله این مقاله خارج می باشد، اما در چنین شرایطی، مجموع راهبردهای بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی به صورت جمع بندی شده (پس از مطالعه یک به یک کشورها) آورده شده است و در نهایت، در بخش سوم مقاله، چارچوب راهبردهای کاهش مصرف انرژی در ایران پیشنهاد می شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Lack of technical and economic efficiency of energy consumption and waste nearly a third of all energy and environmental problems arising thereafter, consumption management, increase efficiency and make energy efficiency more than ever necessary. In order to use and feasibility of improving energy efficiency and management programs in Iran and other countries in efforts to resolve the problems, in this paper has three separate sections, to be paid part of the main issues in this regard. In the first part of this paper to examine strategies for reducing energy consumption, it is necessary to accurately complete, the types of strategies are identified and explained. Initially the strategy or strategies, and more defined because the developmental nature of the issue optimization of energy consumption, classification strategies in this regard are presented. On this basis, in the first part conclusion contents, context and methods of assessment strategies to optimize the energy consumption as a model presentation for specified countries and Iran are also being offered. The second part, the strategies optimization of energy consumption sample countries and Iran are paid. Presentation and analysis of these strategies individually to any country due to the massive contents, is outside the scope of this article, but in such conditions, Total of energy consumption optimization strategies as conclusion by (the study of a country) is given and finally, in third part of this paper, the strategies is recommended to reduce energy consumption in Iran.
