عنوان فارسی امکان‌سنجی اجرای طرح پیاده‌مداری با تأکید بر شاخص حمل‌ونقل شهری؛ نمونه موردی: خیابان امام خمینی شهر دزفول
چکیده فارسی مقاله طرح مسئله: امروزه بیشتر فضاهای عمومی شهری و خیابان‌ها به دلیل افزایش بی‌رویه وسایل نقلیه و وابستگی الگوی زندگی شهری به آنها به‌شدت زیر سلطه ماشین درآمده و همین امر موجب بروز مشکلات فراوانی در مسائل شهری شده است؛ ازجمله افزایش آلودگی‌های زیست‌محیطی، کاهش سلامت عمومی، افزایش هزینه‌های تعمیر و نگهداری و... ؛ به همین دلیل طرح‌های پیاده‌مداری به‌مثابه راه‌حلی برای کاهش این مشکلات در دستورکار قرار گرفته است. خیابان امام خمینی شهر دزفول، یکی از خیابان‌های اصلی و مهم شهر با میزان تردد سواره و پیاده زیاد است و همین امر موجب بروز مشکلات ترافیکی در این قسمت شده است. هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی امکان اجرای طرح پیاده‌محوری بافت مرکزی شهر دزفول ازنظر ابعاد حمل‌ونقل و دسترسی است. روش: روش پژوهش، توصیفی - تحلیلی است و داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با پرسش‌نامه پژوهشگرساخته گرد‌آوری شده است. به‌منظور تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون T تک‌نمونه‌ای در برنامه SPSS و همچنین روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار Amos استفاده شده است. نتایج: در سنجش اجرای طرح از بُعد حمل‌ونقل با توجه به داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده از آزمون T، سطح معناداری یا sig، زیر 0.05 بود؛ به همین دلیل این طرح از بعد حمل‌ونقل قابلیت اجرای مطلوب را ندارد و اجرای آن مشکلاتی را درزمینه حمل‌ونقل به دنبال دارد. نوآوری: نوآوری این مقاله درزمینه مقایسه دو جامعه با بهره‌گیری از مدل‌های ساختاری است که امکان اصلاح مدل را دربردارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Determining the Potentiality of Walkability Project's Administrating, with an emphasis on urban transport index (Case study: Imam Khomeini Street in Dezful)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Problem definition: Nowadays, most of the city's public spaces and streets, are being heavily dominated by the machines, due to the irregular increases in the vehicles' number, and living pattern's dependency on it. This issue has made a lot of problems in the civil matters, including increasing the ecological pollution, decreasing the public health, increasing the maintenance and repairing costs etc. For this reason, these days, walkability plans are considered as a solution for decreasing these problems. Imam Khomeini Street, located in Dezfoul city, is one of the main streets of the city, in which the riders and pedestrians' traffic is very high, causing several traffic problems in this part of the city Purpose: The purpose of this research is to check the possibility of implementing a walkability plan, around the central tissue of Dezful city, in terms of transportation and accessability dimensions. Methodology: The research method is descriptive–analytical, the data having been collected through the researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, we benefited from single-sample T-test in SPSS software, also the structural equations modeling method, using Amos software. Results: in evaluating the plan's administration, in transportation dimension, according to data obtained from the T-test, the Significance level were under 0.05. For this reason, in transporting aspect, this plan is not appropriate to be executed, because its execution, causes problems in transportation. Innovetion: This paper compares two societies, using structural models, causing the possibility to modify the model.
